pothole. but the fog is so dense, it will come up on you quick. yes, main story i would say in fact the warmth, but so is the fog initially. that's your trade-off to get in on that really warm air here today. and i show you the wider zoom. because dense fog is not execution i have to our area. you have got the entire carolina region for the most part engulfed in the fog issue , eastern george, a up through southern virginia, but here at home we have our dense fog advisory across the entire region lasting until 10:00 a.m. so that obviously will take you past the typical morning drive, means you're stuck in this for the long hall. at least for the next couple of hours, here's what we are currently seeing, mild start to the morning outside whitfield elementary school, few shots, where we can make it out, you can tell there is cents a fog settling in, looking at the street lamp there. so heads light on. low beams are good ideament looking at storm scan, what is

frankford avenue, at orthodox street, had accident in cherry hill route 38 eastbound now since been cleared. but we still have this accident investigation out here, in willow grove. involving a pedestrian that happened around 3:00 a.m. reported injuries here, as well. route 611 easton road southbound closed between mill road and pa turnpike, your alternate, blair mill road or york road. by the way no accident at the pa turnpike southbound there. and also airport talking about this dense fog advisory, because of that, we've got some concellations and delays reported, and speed restrictions in play for three of our bridges, ben franklin, betsy ross and the walt whitman bridge, as well, jim, back over to you. >> lots going on, thanks, meisha. this morning hearing from the family who took in suspected florida shooter, nicholas cruz they say it was the right thing to do after the teen's mother died. the family is also defending their decision to allow him to keep his guns. here's cbs news correspondent hena doba. >> as accused florida high school shooter, 19 year old nicholas cruz appeared in front after judge yesterday

seeing lots of phone scams. this particular one where someone pretends to be from the irs. contact the consumer then say hey you owe backs taxes cents, then threatened potentially with jail time if you don't pay. these fraudsters, they pray on fear, many consumers give in, they pay bogus fee through prepaid card, wiring money even a itunes card has been used, criminals are also continuing to send emails, we've heard about this before. it is ramp up. these appear to be from the ir s. but they instead install malware on your computer, allows access to your personal information. here is your key take away the irs never initiates contact with you through phone, e-mail , text messages, or other social media. if you get an unsolicited e-mail, claiming to come from the is. , please don't open the @ tach ment or click on a link, forward it to fishing at irs

what's it all about? >> so it benefits variety of children's charity, serve children with disability throughout the entire delaware valley. we have campus out in montgomery county. we basically try to be everything for kids with disabilities outside of school so after school, weekends, summer programs, all of that good stuff. >> so daniel, i mean, amazing work here. >> thank you. >> so what's the theme this year, and how do you come up with a creation like this? >> so this year's theme is into the jungle. >> okay. >> and really, it starts on paper. you have to draw it out. whether you're a good sketch artist or not, i'm not, my creativity comes within the cake. so, you just start with a sketch. and then go from, there you start with a idea. i like to -- this one just like a fun jungle theme. the cake that you're going to see sunday is a lot different. >> this is just to taste our appetite? >> just a tease err, yes. >> patricia, what will just be looking like as far as cakes and judging? >> three categories. taste, originality, and creativity it. >> okay? >> and also artistry.
