mcdonald's, fast food worker alan trammel ace rested accused of dealing crack while on the job. under cover officers say they arranged several deals with him that took place in the mcdonald's parking lot in radnor township. >> he was working at the the the mcdonald's he would walk out in the parking lot and at which time he would sell crack cocaine in package form to the undercover officers. one minute he is out dealing in the parking lot with the crack cocaine and then he is back preparing food. there is also health concerns there as well. >> trammel was arraigned and new in the delaware county jail. local veterans are getting behind a movement to help four legged soldiers get the recognition that they deserve. it is part of the plan to reunite retired military dogs with their handlers. me. he knew exactly who i was. >> reporter: rightfully so, as members of the u.s. navy the two were battle mates in afghanistan. at the time broncho was four years old, today he is 12. we met then through philadelphia based group no dog gets left behind and we met former marine through united states war dogs association, based in burlington, new jersey. >> i was in vietnam back in 1966/67, with my dog stormy. i still think about my dog every day. >> reporter: both are advocates of the national defense authorization act of 2013, a law designed to provide care for retired military dogs. >> signed into law over a year ago now but it has not been implemented in anyway. >> reporter: so on wednesday, supporters traveled to washington to hold congress accountable, we're told the u.s. military keeps about 3200 dogs in combat zones and on average 10 percent of them retire each year, the goal, they say it is to return the

>> reporter: good morning. >> so what did sec officials do and why did they do it? >> reporter: well, the regulator is going to adopt new rules. they are applied to something called prime money fund. those are the funds that invest in short term corporate debt, the shares are not usually held by individuals. they are held by corporations large institutional investors. now here's the rule, big fund will abandoned their 1 dollar per sale pricing and instead these shares will float in value just like other funds. so again, institutional investors they risk losing principal if the share pricings down. the here's the deal, after a vigorous lobbying campaign, asset managers that cater to us regular old individual investors avoided the brunt of these new rules, however, the plan would allow all money market funds to temporary stop investors from redeeming shares in times have of market crisis or, to impose fees on
