are investigating a deadly shooting. two women were killed in that gunfire. it happened shortly after 8:00 last night on riverside drive, right near the napa river. officers say one of the women was pronounced dead at the scene. the second woman died later at the hospital. so far, there have been no arrests, and anyone who may have information on the case is being asked to contact the napa police department. alleged victims of former windsor mayor dominic foppoli are speaking out. it comes just weeks after the state suspended its investigation against foppoli, citing a lack of evidence to move forward with charges. ktvu bailey o'carroll was up in santa rosa hearing from victims as they shared their emotional responses to that decision. >> more than 1111 women, some involved in lawsuits, some not, have come forward against dominic foppoli three years ago. >> then windsor mayor dominic foppoli became embroiled in multiple allegations of sexual

7:07 am
>> we will show why the ag just lacked the courage, if you will, to move forward in the criminal justice system, because again, we're going to forge forward and be undaunted by any decision that has been made. the attorney general's decision absolute does not dictate our action. in fact, it kind of lights a little fire under our rear. >> in an interview from his home in italy last month, foppoli said he believed the litigation didn't have much to stand on. >> i've been very, very clear since the beginning that there was no truth to any of this, and i'm just, i think, glad that we're finally able to move on and hopefully start to heal. i was young, and through reflection and prayer, i realized, yeah, i wasn't a perfect partner. did i ever do anything criminally wrong or anything inappropriate? no. >> but alleged victims say healing for them will take years. in a written statement read aloud by attorney tracy carrillo, jane doe number six, who lives out of the country,
7:08 am
said the following. it's sad to see that justice really is corrupt here too. i was expecting this response from the attorney general to be a release from pain. it doesn't make me optimistic about my healing. according to the attorneys, each of the victims, jane doe or those who are public, have civil litigation pending. some of those already have court dates set. not until 2025. others are still awaiting that in santa rosa. i'm bailey o'carroll, ktvu, fox two news. >> 707 your time. the san francisco deputy sheriff's association is calling on the california national guard for some help. two jails in san francisco currently on lockdown due to escalating violence. a spokesperson for the sheriff's office says seven workers have been attacked in the last two weeks. some have been seriously injured. the association then sent the letter to city and county officials asking them for additional staffing and resources, including the deployment of the national guard. this weekend's lockdown

7:11 am
every concert that's coming up here at chase center. but soon it will show you the game. that could mean pretty different implications for the golden state warriors. a little later today, they face off the utah jazz this afternoon at chase center, and the scenario would have been a whole lot easier if they won their game against the pelicans just a few nights ago, but that didn't happen. however, not all hope is lost at this point. the warriors are locked into the play in tournament. at the very least, they are expected to play two do or die games to stay alive. however if they win tonight and get a little help from the lakers and the kings dropping their last games today, then the path could be a little bit easier into the postseason. it could look a little bit better for the dubs, where they could clinch the eight seed, meaning they would only need to win one game to officially be in the nba playoffs. now the warriors are looking pretty good in the final stretch. i mean, they've won their last eight, eight games within their last ten games. so they've pretty much made it a
