>> reporter: police say he will be likely rearrested once the district attorney files charges in connection with that deadly crash. police are not releasing the name of that suspected driver but on his facebook page he called himself racer fox. he hit a father and daughter out riding their bikes, they were both killed. last night nobody answered the door in concord when we knocked. but a neighbor did talk to us and had some nice things to say about this boy. >> we had not seen anything to make us concerned about the boy to watch ourselves or even our kids. >> still, the father and daughter were hit in concord and they are now running toxicology tests to figure out if he was impaired. police have subpoenaed his cell
