now. involves a motorcycle. it was driving at a high rate of speed and crashed into a car. two lanes are blocked before the s curve and as we pan down across the span, you can see traffic is moving very slowly. all these folks trying to get into san francisco right now and we know that back up stretches for miles. >> again, if you are headed on westbound 80 into san francisco, you can expect very slow going. >> chp out there trying to clean things up. it is taking awhile. and it is panning all the way down and it get slower and the folks crowd on to the upper deck getting into the city. we will watch the situation for you and keep you updated on the noon news. police agencies responded to malls as crowd got rowdy before the sun came up. it ranged from a shot fired. and these are also being seen across the country.

>> pretty unbelievable. thanks. >> here was the scene at webster mall in stockton. they dashed into the mall and several people got caught in the crowd and fell. we are not sure if anyone was seriously hurt. it wasn't northern california that saw wild scenes outside the shoe stores when they put to get irtheir hands on the concord. 20 poem were pepper sprayed after getting in fights at the seattle mall and it was a near riot at a detroit mall after a crowd showed up hours before the stores were even open. another problem at a bay area store. it wasn't nikes: this is the same store where there was a shooting on black friday. police say the victim was waiting for his wife to come out of the store around 10:30. he got into an argument with another man who pulled out a gun and shot him in the leg. he is expected to be okay. >> even with the violence and trouble over shoes.
