>> from the bay area's local news station. we now with breaking news. >> well, good morning. that breaking news out of the east bay that overturned semi that's been blocking traffic on 8.80, in san lorenzo. we've got kron four's charles clifford standing by live at the scene with the latest on the efforts there to get that cleared. charles. >> well, good morning. right now, i'm standing along to 38 westbound just the connector with this is the interchange here. you can see behind me over my shoulder there currently in process of trying to clean up this now, this all started about one 35 this morning when according to the california highway a big rig truck pulling a trailer full of frozen foods crashed right here at intersection between

our the off-ramp between 2.38 in 8.80, that truck landed on its side. highway patrol arrived. they found fuel spilled out on the roadway and they close down all lanes for several hours. are working to clean up this mess. they currently have 2 lanes to reopen. now we talk to the highway patrol just a few minutes ago. we asked exactly how this accident happened. >> causes looks like the driver fell asleep on sleep no, never hit the brakes and hit a about 55 miles an hour hit the 10 waitr new entered his job. the driver wasn't hurt, which is the main thing. now up the mess. >> all right. so moving forward for the next couple of hours, what they're going to do is we're going to try to i used to trow trucks to lift that trailer. push that trailer. pull on to another flat bed and then move that trailer out of here and set it up right somewhere else. so they can reopen traffic here

at hopefully salvage all that frozen food. the fort start smelling like melting out on the highway. so if you're in the area of castro valley, i this interchange might want to just avoid it until about midday because going to take a couple more hours to clear this also, just by pure coincidence, there's an accident and the eastbound lanes of to 38. that's backing up traffic on 80 in that direction as well. so if you're in the area just steer clear of this intersection for now. but for now castro valley, charles clifford kron, 4 news. all right, charles, thank you very much in from our team coverage of this one. head over to the traffic center. now. >> michael thomas with more on that. michael. >> hey, good morning, everyone. this is the 10th hour that we're now dealing with these residual delays and that closure. and just to give you a better idea on a map, you can see it's right at 80 southbound and the 2.38 northbound. when you merge onto 8.80, completely closed off. that's where charles was in that accident. he's talking in the opposite direction. it's near east 14th street. that lane has been closed for at least the last 2 hours. if you're looking for some

alternative routes, your best bet right now is probably going to be taking 6.80, however, even that we're seeing some residual delays because everybody is now emerging that way, rather than taking 80. in addition, if you are still in castro valley, let's say you live there, you need to actually make your way over toward hayward or anything you can exit castro valley boulevard then make your way down mission to get back on to 80. but again, your best bet is going to be taking 6.80, instead of going even towards 8.80, as of right now, taking a look at those residual delays a little bit more inland. you can see from livermore to dublin. it's a 12 minute commute and we're seeing all that congestion go through. castro valley almost hitting pleasanton dublin area before. send it over to john. we'll take a look at the bay bridge and you can see right now that is flowing with an 11 minute commute from the maze into the city. john. >> and we are looking at some nice, clear skies overhead today. beautiful day out there to be stepping outside again, kind of a repeat of the warmth that we had yesterday.psome of our warmest days of the year.

so far looking outside at the embarcadero. got all the kids lined up to get in the exploratory. i'm on a gorgeous day to be out and about little bit of fog towards the coast. aside from that, though, we are smooth sailing. temperatures right now are mostly in the 60's. san jose hayward at 67 degrees. same for fairfield, getting close to 70 in brentwood and vacaville and will swell surpassed that 70 degree mark this afternoon for both of those spots rising i to the low 80's for only one more day talking much cooler weather and eventually some wetter weather this weekend. still to come, james. >> john, thank you. 10. 0, 3 is the time. and the breaking news this morning. oj simpson has died. the san francisco native passed away at the age of 76 from cancer. he was born and raised in san francisco's potrero hill neighborhood. he went on to win the heisman trophy as we know during his college career was selected. first overall in the nfl draft and even though he spent most of his career with the buffalo bills, he did retire from the league right here at home with

the san francisco forty-niners. also have a live look outside the compound where he lived in las vegas. and there you see the live pictures this morning. his family says this is where he died last night surrounded by his children and grandchildren. have rick chambers now taking a look back at his career and the controversy that captivated the country. >> we the jury in the above entitled action find the defendant or jump on james simpson not guilty of the crime of murder. >> it was the trial of the century. oj simpson star football player and hollywood actor accused of savagely murdering his ex-wife, nicole brown and her friend ron goldman. an estimated 150 million people watched the verdict come in life. the trial was broadcast in classrooms at workplaces and even on the oprah winfrey show where audience members both cheered and cried as he was acquitted. emotions usually falling along racial lines.

before the trial. simpson was a popular actor starring in naked gun movies. he gained fame in college, though, winning the heisman trophy while playing football for usc. nicknamed the juice. he went on to the nfl and shattered both rushing and touchdown records. as a member of the buffalo bills. all that changed, though on june 12th of 1994 as brown and goldman's bodies were found outside her la condo. simpson was an immediate suspect. and 5 days later he was ordered to surrender to police. instead, he led them on a slow speed chase down the 5 freeway to the 405, in that now infamous white ford bronco, his friend and former nfl player ac collings behind the wheel that evening. he surrendered at his brentwood mansion. the trial began in 1995. with an all-star lineup of lawyers nicknamed the dream team one

by one. they dismantled the state's evidence claiming systematic racism and sloppy police work. the defining moment came when simpson tried on gloves that were left at the murder scene. he struggled to put them on and his lawyers use that in closing arguments to show it couldn't possibly be him. >> remember these words? if it almost a decade later, simpson wrote a book called if i did it and help half the size, how he would have committed the murders. the book and subsequent interview on fox went into great detail and many considered it to be. simpson's confession. >> i don't think any 2 people could murdered the way they

were without everybody covered. the book. >> well, simpson never served time for murder. he did go to prison in 2008 for armed robbery and kidnapping in las vegas. simpson claimed that he was simply taking back sports memorabilia. that was his however, he spent almost 10 years behind bars. 14 million people tuned in as he was granted parole in 2017 at the age of 70. >> around >> thank oj simpson. a larger than life figure whose life and alleged crimes captivated and entire nation. >> 10, 0, 7 is the time or breaking news this morning. a pedestrian is in the hospital right now with life-threatening injuries after being hit by a car this morning in san jose. the crash happened a little after 5.20, in the area of story road and roberts avenue. police say the traffic will be severely impacted because that

eastbound story road was blocked off from roberts avenue to patricia avenue. officers are urging drivers to find an alternate route while they investigate that scene. happening today, the oakland international airport could add san francisco to its name this afternoon. the port of oakland will vote on the controversial name change that san francisco officials say that ready to go to court to protect kron four's will tran standing by live right now in the san francisco bay area airport. >> this all right. does it? if you're san francisco, you don't like it at all that wait a minute. we own the words san francisco. i'll explain technically yes and no. but right now it is still technically called metropolitan oakland international airport. i bet you you never knew the word metropolitan goods before oakland. we all call it open international. we're not confused. but if you talk to executives, they believe that one 3rd of domestic travelers,

they have no idea. despite booking a ticket to oakland international, that oakland international is part of the bay area and they claim one-half of international travelers don't know that oakland is part of the bay area and they want to change that clear up the confusion by adding san francisco bay. why is that so important? well, they believe if they clear up the confusion, more people will fly into here. and that means that maybe airlines will add more flights, more flights equals more money. 10's, if not hundreds of millions of dollars into oakland as well as the airport got a chance. just a chance to talk to travelers. they think that is a terrible idea, especially since oakland has already lost many things before possibly losing their i think it's crazy. i mean, it's in the airport is in oakland. >> y lose your identity being oakland airport. i mean, you're losing losing all your franchise. worst team. i mean, oakland just seems like they can't. they're not able to

keep what they have. so remember, is even oakland, san francisco bay, it is san francisco bay, oakland. so the word oakland actually goes. >> 4th and that whole chain of letters right there. so they're not even going first on that. now, san francisco, i mentioned how they think this is illegal. well, that's an opinion of theirs, but they believe they have law on their side because as that is copyrighted and they believe this is an infringement on that copyright with to san francisco airports in the bay area and just add a couple more wrinkles to this. james, if your head was hurting already, even if san francisco skews me open goes to san francisco bay, the airport code is still ak oakland. and one more wrinkle sfo. it's not even in san francisco yet the city of san francisco is upset.

>> all right. well, thank you. 10 11 is the time. and in other headlines to ay, more business owners are on the valencia street. they're speaking out now against these new bike lanes that have been put in place. local business owners announced legal action against the city this morning outlining their concerns that these bike lanes have been negatively impacting their businesses. they say substantial losses have been accrued. they've got less visibility. these bike lanes have been impeding their customers over 10 businesses have already closed since those bike lanes were installed. well, ac transit and the city of oakland have partnered right now together to make international boulevard safer. this will be along east oakland, oakland international airport corridor. 1.8. million dollars will go towards extending safety enhancements right now from 14th to 42nd avenues and 14th street to 1, o 7th avenues ac transit. and the

>> we are back 10, 15 is the time. let's get an update on that. breaking news on the traffic front. problem in the east bay. michael, what's the latest? >> hey, good morning, everyone. james, really this has been an issue going on now. 10 hours is a big rig that overturned. it's in the east bay near san lorenzo. i

want to move out the ways you can get a closer look. it's right at the connector of 80 southbound lanes when you're coming from to 38 northbound. essentially, chp says that the driver of the big rig fell asleep, hit something and it turned over onto its side. it's been like this since about 1 o'clock this morning. some alternative routes for you. well, you could really take 6.80, southbound lanes, but even there we're seeing congestion because everybody is now using that route. if you are in castro valley because that's where we're seeing the biggest back up. you can get off on castro. castro valley boulevard or you can take mission boulevard. those are always good options. keep in mind. also, in addition, there's another accident that's right around here, the opposite way. so this entire area is really just congested right now. taking a look at some residual delays we're seeing over near the dublin livermore area. you can see it's starting to push out castro valley completely congested, but right now livermore to dublin a 12 minute commute, not too bad. taking a look at some drive times for those who are more

inland livermore to dublin as they sat around 12 minutes or so dublin to fremont. 24 minutes, san leandro to milpitas. 35 minutes and again, these are all residual delays we're seeing from that big break turned over milpitas to sunnyvale a 10 minute commute. taking a look at those who are heading over towards may's crockett to the maze. 19 minutes, walnut creek to 5, 80 16 minutes. castro valley to the maze 15 minutes and answer to the knees. 13 minutes. no, really major issues. they're taking a live look at the bay bridge itself. 13 minute commute to get over into the city, which is good. taking a look over in the south bay right now, san jose to menlo park. 42 minute commute. no major delays there right now. and also if you're in san jose heading to cupertino a 13 minute commute. lastly, i do want make you aware of this. if you're heading to the south bay from the city, there's a traffic collision right now on the southbound 101 lanes near mansell street. expect some delays. they do say that they're going to clear up within the next 15 minutes or so. but just really keep that in mind. lastly, we'll take a live look at the san mateo

bridge only a 12 minute commute over there. so the biggest takeaway stay out of the castro valley area. 80 is majorly delayed. thank you for the heads up on that. michael. definitely seeing some clear skies, at least if you are caught into some of those traffic areas. >> and unless you are at the golden gate bridge where a it's the norm, got a little fog stream through there, but sure does make for a nice view from up above. right now that cool ocean air is going to be present along the coastline, keeping our coastal areas in the 60's while areas like antioch. look at this, getting up to 83 degrees today. you're our warm spot today, antioch, not so warm coming this weekend, though. look at where you're heading. comes saturday from 83 to just 55 in almost 30 degree drop in just 2 days for some of our inland areas. we've got a roller coaster of temperatures for the rest of the week. there's your fog. you can kind of see it right along the coastline there inland areas, nothing but the sunshine. and that's the way it will stay today. and only today that high pressure ridge is a lasting forever dives on in starting tomorrow and

especially come saturday, really going to cool us down in results in those temperatures swinging so much skies. crystal clear today. but hour by hour, you can see that increasing cloud cover marine layer tomorrow. already cooling us off tomorrow during daytime hours will remain dry. but after 10:00pm, we'll start to see that opportunity for rainfall and really past midnight as we'll start to see our rain picking up even more. so some strong winds, heavy rains during the middle of the night friday night into saturday morning, pre-dawn hours on saturday morning temperatures drop enough for a few more mountain snow showers right here in our own backyard. we'll see a breather towards the time you're waking up saturday morning. but then we see that rainfall increasing again for the rest of the day. even pockets of heavy rain and possible thunderstorm development. so just do plan a whole lot outdoors on saturday, in particular rainfall. most of this on saturday will be between half an inch to an inch of rain. now, temperatures today are going to be quite warm yet again, the musher right along the coastline where it will be cool and mild little foggy along highway one 70's to low

80's for the rest of us. burlingame at 71 saying carlos, at 75 south bay, temperatures in the low 80's today. while the east bay a mix of 70's to low 80's for you as well. livermore 81 degrees, oakland and berkeley at 72 north bay temperatures. some of our warmest allay at 77 fairfield and vacaville. 81 tomorrow starts to cool down process starts to quickly down into the 60's 50's by saturday with those showers. we'll stay cool into sunday, but we'll start to dry back out. temperatures slowly rise into next week. >> thank you, john. 10, 19 is a time and some uncertain times for another san francisco small business. the owner of the once popular blades, khobar burr shops says that before the pandemic they had plenty of business coming in at their columbus avenue, location in the financial district. but now they're trying to raise money just to survive. crop was dan thorn has their story. >> barber, jorge flores

crash happened sunday morning. it was on northbound 6.80, and highway to 42 right there at the split in concord. the chp says and suv carrying 6 people drove through the dirt median and then rolled over multiple times. the 9 year-old inside died at the scene and her mother along with a 13 year-old sister and 2.17, year-old cousins are still being treated at the hospital. police say the driver had initially runoff following that crash. his bail been set at $200,000. >> 10, 22 that i'm coming up on the kron. 4 morning news and east bay donut shop targeted again. how this family owned business is trying to protect themselves af

>> 10 25 is the time and some bad news for bay area fisheries, the pacific fishery management council has voted not to recommend canceling this year salmon season. regulators say salmon numbers have been low because of past droughts and wildfires and changes to their habitat. it's expected that the national marine fishery service is going to attack this cancellation ca local bay area fisheries, though, and restaurant owners are rallying right now against this potential decision. the canceling of the salmon season. we'll have an update on that coming up here on kron 4. so stay tuned. also new this morning, governor gavin newsom has unveiled a policy that could significantly impact all of the 240,000 people who work for the state of california. we have a and in this memo to high ranking newsom, administration officials including cabinet secretary and patterson. she says that all state agencies

must implement a plan to require workers. now come back to the office. at least 2 days per week, starting june 17th up until now, many state workers were allowed to work remotely since the start of the covid pandemic. but in the memo, patterson noted that each of the state's 150 agencies started implementing their own work policies with some already requiring workers to come back to work. but here's she says, quote, unfortunately, the varied approaches have created confusion around expectations and are likely to exacerbate in consistencies across agencies and departments. she said that returning to the office 2 days per week will lead to an enhanced collaboration and better communication among workers. exceptions will be made. she says on a case-by-case basis. but the memo went on to say that the state will inform public employee unions about this plan. we're going take a break 10. 26 the time. coming up, why the chp says they don't break up side shows that are in progress and instead, are in progress and instead, wait.

>> and we're back 10. 29 is the time. let's get to the traffic center. michael thomas following that breaking story in the east bay. what's the latest with that overturned semi? >> hey, good morning, everyone. well, the latest essentially you can see behind me, this is really what's causing those major delays. this is now the 10th hour. we're seeing delays this semi. the driver fell asleep, hit something and it rolled over onto its side. and you can really see here just that damage. it's going to take them some time to turn it right. side up. and in addition to that, this is also a frozen truck. so there's tons of frozen food in that area. and also you can see they're cleaning up all of the gas and oil that came out of it. so as i said, this started at 1 o'clock this morning.

taking a look now at our traffic maps. you can see just exactly where it is. it's on the connector of think where show the wrong camera. but it's on the conn'ctor of 8.80, where it needs to 38. so the southbound lanes of 80 on that connector right there. you can see are closed completely. they've been closed since about 2. 3 o'clock this morning. the northbound lanes of 8.80, to get on to it are open. that is good news. but there's also some other accidents are happening in this area on the opposite ways of the 2.38. so it's near east 14th street and that's causing major delays. if you're looking for an alternative route right now, you're going to have to either take 6.80, or you're going to have to get off a castro valley boulevard and take mission boulevard. those are your best bets. but taking a look at some areas that we may see residual delays right now, livermore to dublin 12 minutes. you can see 5.80, moving smoothly, but castro valley completely backed up. if you do take 6.80, well dublin to fremont right now to leah 20 minute commute. so not too bad. but a live look at a multiple of our

bridges this morning. everything seems to be flowing through for the most part. so that is good news bay bridge. right now. we're seeing a little tiny bit of backup, but still under a 15 minute commute into the city. donaldson the 2. thanks so much, we've got the sunshine out there. the little bit of a cool coastal breeze cooling our coastal areas off. >> while our inland spots are seeing temperatures bumping up into those 80's for one more day, your view outside at the embarcadero. got that cool breeze, right? there's a mention pushing the flags that appear 15. we will see crystal clear visibility the rest of the day. unless you're right along the coast, you see how pacifica and half moon bay or in the 50's all the rest of us at this point are pretty solidly 60's to 70's, even spots like concord, up at 66 san matteo at 67 later today. it will be 70's to 80's one last day of this. and then we cool down and quickly into the weekend. i'll get to that in your full forecast. james.

>> one of the breaking news stories we're following this morning. san francisco native and former nfl player oj simpson has died at the age of 76 born and raised in the city's potrero hill neighborhood. simpson began and ended his career in san francisco from playing at galileo high school as a teenager to retiring from the nfl with the san francisco forty-niners after the 1979 season after the nfl. as you may remember, he was involved in that controversial case that captivated the nation when his ex-wife, nicole brown simpson and her friend ron goldman were found dead inside their home in los angeles. his family announced his passing on social media this morning. they said he passed surrounded by his children and grandchildren at his las vegas home. the former nfl player was reportedly diagnosed with prostate cancer earlier this year and underwent chemotherapy kron four's spoke to oj simpson back in 1969.

when he was drafted to the buffalo bills in the afl after being drafted first overall and don't forget, he won the heisman trophy the year before in 1968. here's a portion of that interview. well, jay, there's been an awful lot said about whether or not play for the afl. well, now it's a it's official. little buffalo is going to the team. >> like buffalo is definitely going to be a bill came about. i doubt it betrayed me thing and you might make sense that they have breakaway runner like yourself so they can afford to have a big horse-drawn up. what i like that. well, i think we could they have 2 good fine backs that i think is mike sanderson and being graded to find running backs. i think that we could complement each othgr very well. >> well, simpson went on to play 9 seasons with the bills. he was the very first player to rush over 2000 yards in a single season when they were 14 games in a season. by the way, we will continue to provide you more coverage of the death of oj simpson on air and online right here on kron. 4. 10 34 is the time. also

making news inpthe bay area. police have had their hands full with recent sideshows all across the bay area from the peninsula to the bay bridge. well, out of the hundreds that took part in those sideshows over the past weekend. 2 people have been arrested. kron four's rob nesbitt, talk with the chp about what they're doing to crack down. >> chp as a proactive approach to try to see of sideshows are being planned online and a reactive approach to send officers to sideshows in progress. talk to anyone in the bay area's was witnessed a weekend sideshow, though. and they'll tell you they don't understand why officers can do more to stop the cars. >> multiple bay area cities with the same side show scenes, cars racing circles. the intersections from saturday night into sunday morning, menlo park, palo alto mountain view. oakland and lastly on the bay bridge were black marks are still visible leave skid marks that are like almost like permanency. you see it in the rhoads often when s has recorded multiple

sideshows over the years from the balcony of a san francisco apartment. >> so much so that he made the recent decision to move to mexico and only comes back to the city when he has to for work. part of the reason my left as i just can't i can't deal with us anymore. it's just the stress of, you know, a feeling like i have no environment. during the weekend sideshows, chp says 2 people were arrested at the bay bridge and 2 minors were cited. officer andrew barclay with chp golden gate division says recent legislation allows officers to investigate and take later action. it doesn't have to be. we see it right there. stop them and take the vehicle. >> if we identify that vehicle, we can, you know, come in a couple weeks later without warrant and take that vehicles. officer barclay get several questions about why responding officers don't break up sideshows in progress. he says that's not always a safe option for law enforcement. very often. you're looking at. >> hundreds of people involved in these and sending in a single officer. i can be dangerous for that officer.

says police officers responding to the sideshows he's recorded, stay too far away to document evidence. >> wishing law enforcement would put more resources into not just responding, but also stopping the chaos in progress. i don't feel protected by chp these ways. and i don't feel like there's. >> again, like i it worries me of something bigger chp control this. what can they do? even though there were multiple sideshows around the same time in the bay area this weekend, chp is still investigating to determine if they are linked in any way reporting in san francisco. i'm rob nesbitt kron. 4 news. >> 10 36 is the time and a live music venue in oakland's downtown. now on the brink of closing, the owner says it's because of crime. oscar edward, the owner of complex oakland says that his business was burglarized twice in february. you can see here some security burglars breaking in and taking off with some of his equipment. one of those incidents costing $40,000 in damages and losses.

andnhe says many of his patrons are now too scared to come to oakland and visit his business. >> businesses that you would a theme 5 years ago. they're no longer here. they're all boarded up. so it made it look bad. when i have to talk to an artist, don't act in a look. they come downtown and worry about getting a car, be it. they're worried about, you know, the safety of downtown. >> well, the owner says he is or has taken steps to secure his facility, but they say have been working. he also says with the raiders, the warriors and now the a's leaving oakland. that means just fewer jobs and people making less money and are less likely to spend that money that they do have it. businesses like his. meanwhile, in san francisco, a crunch gym in the city's downtown has now closed after 30 years it's the latest business now to fail to recover from the pandemic and the. >> switch to more remote working. the now empty business was located inside the historic sharon building. that's it. 55 new montgomery street gym members have have

there memberships transferred out to be change your pub when a location that's out on 3rd street. in the east bay and oakland family now is going public with the issues they've been facing. now. they've been in operation for decades, but their donut shop has been targeted repeatedly by thieves. colonial donuts has been robbed 4 times in less than a year. we spoke with the family about what they've been doing in terms of security kron four's. sara stinson brings us their story. >> colonial donuts on lakeshore avenue in oakland has been a staple for 40 years. a family business that the owner's daughter wanted to protect for decades to come. i left job. came back. >> plan and want to continue my family's legacy, but it's just it's very hard very she's speaking out wednesday night, but wanting to keep their privacy after being robbed 4 times in less than a year. security video from march first shows 3 people entering the shop. >> just before 6 in the morning, one with a golf club

in hand grabbed the register. i think i want to say they made up for like $300 in cash in the register and like over 1000. the shop was also robbed back in december. what is going on here in customers rallied in support of the shop and against rampant crime. the daughter says mayor sheng thao has stopped by to check in on the family and consider her to show up and, >> you know, i had told then and feel that now like. how am i going and make our actual colonial donuts has taken several precautions to avoid being targeted by thieves. now they don't offer indoor seating and while it remains open, 24 7, the staff only serves doughnuts through a window during the overnight hours. and we're looking at probably putting it up at actual storefront not to have a door and lock but actual she says each robbery not only threatens their livelihood but also shakes up the sense of

security for the neighborhood. what is the best step that we we we can do because i don't want to live out in the wild west so much. so this woman plans to move out of oakland, you know, like heartbreak. you know, that business is getting even allies. and i >> it's just hard to see >> and hasn't been that much change. so i'm sara stinson reporting kron. 4 news. >> san francisco police have arrested now a man who they say vandalized a mosque during the holy month of ramadan. broken windows could be seen at the mosquito have to mosque in lower hill. a member told kron 4 on april 4th that a man parked his car in front of the mosque walked over, smashed windows with a skateboard and then shot of hate speech then ran inside the mosque, drank some water and then went back out to his car. according to police. he came back to that mosque yesterday evening. and that's when officers arrested. 35 year-old robert gray, the muslim community now reacting to the crime. >> it's really sad is unacceptable. i went to school

hot spot in the east bay. michael. >> hey, good morning, everyone. that's right. a hot spot to say the least. we do have good news, though. things could be clearing up at least by one 30. what we're seeing is a semi turned over. this is now the 10th hour. we're seeing delays. it's at the connector from to 38 northbound lanes heading on to 80 southbound lanes. and we've seen major, major residual delays all through castro valley. so if you're in that area, you want to avoid it. your best alternatives are going to be taking southbound 6.80, and even there you can see there are still some congestion because everybody is using that area to bypass that delay over on 8.80, another alternative route is getting off a castro valley boulevard or using mission boulevard. those are going to be your 2 best bets really taking a look at some other areas where we're seeing residual delays right there on 5.80, livermore to dublin, only 12 minutes. but you can see it's now going from castro valley over towards the dublin area and looking at 6.80, for those who may be thinking of taking it, it's your best

alternative. and right now, dublin to fremont a 20 minute commute or not too bad. but you may see some brake lights essentially taking a look at some drive times. those who may be heading over towards the bay bridge or the maze crockett to the maze. right now, a 2 minute commute. walnut creek to 5, 80 12 minute commute. castro valley to the maze. 12 minute commute 13 minute commute from san leandro to the maze. all good things. taking a live look at the bay bridge right now. 19 minute commute into the city from the east bay over in the south bay. right now, san jose to menlo park. 35 minute commute. you can see 101 looks pretty good for the most part and also taking a look. san jose to cupertino a 12 minute commute. everything does look at. there was a traffic collision earlier. i just spoke with chp. so this is now gone. we're still seeing some residual delays. if you're heading to the south bay from the city. but other than that, you should be good johnell. send it over to you. thanks so much, michael. at least we have the nice clear skies. if you are waiting in traffic today. speaking of the south bay, here's a look at san jose. >> which will be one of our
