bridge. you can see only 8 minute commute over from the east bay into the city and some could drive times for those of you in the east bay heading over towards the maze to get into the city. you can see everything is under 20 minutes right now. the longest is crockett to 5.80, which is excuse me, the maze, which is around 15 minutes. a live look at some of the bridges. you can see san mateo bridge right now. only a 12 minute commute. no major delays there at all. taking a look a little bit up north. the richmond, sandra fell bridge. we're looking at a total of a 7 minute commute over it. and of course, that golden gate bridge coming in with the commute of 20 minutes right there. you can see an overall look at everything so far. so good. no major oranges, yellows or read. we're seeing a lot of green, which means go. that is a good time right send it back to you. all right, mike, thank you for that. well, san francisco now threatening legal action over a proposed name change. >> for the oakland airport just days before the port of oakland set to vote on a new name. the proposed new name is quote, the san francisco bay, oakland international airport over stinson has that story.

>> at the oakland airport on monday night. rumblings could be heard about the airport, possibly getting a new name. san francisco bay, oakland international airport. i think it's ridiculous. the port of oakland manages the airport and first proposed the name change late march. the port president says this will boost travelers, geographic awareness of where the airport is located. but people flying in and out of the airport say this would only make things more confusing. nothing about here that some francisco. we're trying to get away from some school. that's why we come here. you know, some of is going open its 2 different cities. so let's wait to oakland. mayor sheng thao has said the new name could support the airport's efforts to secure more direct flights and boost tourism in oakland. but across the bay, san francisco mayoral candidate and supervisor ahsha sofi says the name change would hurt sf. >> san francisco's a port of

appropriate measures to use the new name city attorney to says he hopes to speak with port officials before the vote on thursday. but if it gets approved, they are fully prepared to move forward with legal action. >> i'm sara stinson reporting at the oakland airport kron. 4 news. >> well, turning now to a disturbing case we've following out of the south bay or 3 suspects are in jail after a 3 year-old was killed. what her family members say was an exorcism. so really weleased documents reveal the child from her life trying to escape from the church where her mother, uncle and grandfather allegedly perform the exorcism to cast out a demon and have him back in 2021. investigators say the girl's body had several injuries and firefighters found her body on the altar of the church in downtown san jose. a coroner determined she died from a combination of his and smothering. court documents revealed the victim's mother told police she had visions from god or uncle claim he had gifts from

got. well, a grandfather says he had gone to church to pray for the child and believe the girl's mother. 3 pleaded not guilty. a judge set to rule on whether the case will move forward to a trial. we're open continues in san francisco. the police department posted on social media. this is end of last may. he sees the 182 pounds of fentanyl. they also arrested more than 900 people for selling narcotics and more than 1000 people for using drugs. francisco mayor london breed is advocating for the city's downtown recovery efforts. reid is throwing her support behind the 3 key state bills authored by san francisco officials. so these 2 pieces of legislation would provide the city with a set of creative solutions to build on local efforts to revitalize the area. they're also spoke about the work. the city is down to help restore the vibrant downtown area. >> 2023, we saw one of the

maze crockett to the maze. 15 minutes, walnut creek to 5, 8, 11 minutes. 13 minute commute. castro valley to the mains. 10 minute commute for san leandro to so everything is good. once you get to that mazen, you're heading into the city from the bay bridge. you can see it's only an 8 minute commute and everything. it's going smoothly. those metering lights are not on quite yet. reyna. all right, michael, thank you for that. tesla battling 2 court cases in the south bay this week, the company decided to settle one. we're a family was suing the company over an autopilot feature. >> they say malfunction killed a man in mountain view. crash happened on 2018 back in 2018 on how we want to one. investigators say the driver was playing video games on his phone while using tesla's autopilot feature that investigation determine on a pilot system did not recognize a lane change on the highway. tesla's long said its feature does not prevent all accidents. we don't have any word on how much money tesla is settling for both. but both sides any back in court this thursday to discuss settlement

a little further. another court case involving tesla's going to be heard today. this case involves a family whose 2 year-old son crashed. tesla in his pregnant mother back in 2018. the lawsuit accuses tesla of consumer fraud advertising the model x as safe and also claims tesla knew about a defective design. they had tesla denied any liability. the north bay, a girl who make threats against a student at rancho cotati high school has now been arrested on monday. school went into lockdown. one student received a threatening tax represent a weapon from someone off campus. bonaparte police say it stemmed from an ongoing dispute between the students who attend the schools across sonoma county. police say they rest of the girl made the threat in santa rosa. president biden ramping revamping a plan to provide student debt relief to millions of americans. the u.s. supreme court struck down a similar measure last year.

happen? rain and a few hours from now, the city council members will vote. >> on a few measures, the one measure actually was on the books for about 3 years now. but it more like guidelines. they want to actually make it a law. what's going to happen is if it is passed, homeless encampments cannot be any closer to schools that 150 feet. it's been on the books for 3 years, but they really never added any teeth to it. now they want to do it. here's what's going to happen. you will be cited if you're homeless person 150 feet or closer to a school. but they're not going to take any money from you is just going to cite you. talk to you. tell you, too, move away from that area because a lot of school administrators, parents and students have said they don't feel safe walking around homeless as they are heading to their schools. that's one measure. the other measure is where rv's can park. now, you might think rv's. you know what? a lot of people use it. but in san jose typically a
