mother of two was a customer at the bank of the west when she was kidnapped along with two female bank employees. the women were and used as human shields during the susequent shootouts between the suspects and the police. the two employees survived. misty did not. family members of the slain woman showed up in court wearing tee shirts with her picture. >> reporter:in addition to kidnapping, robbery and carjacking ramos is also being held responsible for the murders of alex martinez and gilbert renteria.the two gang members he allegedly committed the crimes with. who died in the a gunbatle with police. >> reporter:he's also being charged with one attempted murder charge because one of the bank employees was shot.and 22 counts of the attempted murder of a police officer. it's possible that he could face the death penatly. >> reporter:ramos did not enter a plea. he's back in court august 18th. maureen kelly kron4 news. >> catherine: authorities are still looking for a fourth man. they think he gave the other three suspects a ride to the bank. >> catherine: across town, crews today brought down the
