amanda has more. >> victim listed as joan doe on the complaint says sleep went through the experience when she was 15. now she wants to hold the school district accountable. >> it has impacted every facet of her life. >> she says she net victim about a month ago and since then learned everything about the case. >> she was 15 years only. she did something very brave and something that took a lot of strength and courage and she reported it she was very clear about that mr. thomas was having sex with her at 14-15 years old. she was a freshman in high school. >> there is a photo of the suspect, sean thomas heat was a teacher and a coach. in the staff and administration

layer, temperatures cooling to around 70 degrees for current readings of we will continue dropping as the fog spreads farther inland through tonight. fog on fuchs shows up in the bright white. the dull gray is cloud cover higher up. there's a lot of bright white pushing well into the inland valleys friday morning. the morning commute might take longer this week. the fog is going to back up out the inland valleys and retreat toward the coast. we should see sunshine with clouds through friday. temperatures are going to be a few degrees above average. we will start off slightly above normal, mix of upper 40s low 50s by early tomorrow morning and temperatures are going to climb to close to normal. san josé one of the warm spots,

and yock the warmest but the numbers are 6-8 degrees above average. temperatures not warm as the past couple days but above normal. 58 half moon bay. san francisco did hit 70 degrees earlier today. tomorrow you're going to be stuck in the low 60s with upper 60s in oakland. temperatures in the north bay won't be as warm because fog will take a bile to back out but low 70s not bad for mid april. farther down the line we see a warmup brief kicking in by sunday monday so this is the ten day temperature outlook for san josé of those temperatures above average friday saturday and climb sunday and monday, sharper drop monday to tuesday, cool where lasting through likely the end of april and associated with at least a chance for a couple sho

showers, not much a chance, 20-30 percent by next friday so just beyond the scope of the 7-day forecast in that range where we are valley w -- evaluating the chances of shower toward the bay area. we will get to that trend forecast and far toe down rough details but it's too soon to worry about showers and impacts next week. 7-day forecast enough talk about the rain. warm temperatures inland tomorrow and saturday and back to 80 sunday monday then bigger drop in temperatures back to below normal readings tuesday wednesday thursday. it's a similar roller coaster ride around the bay with temperatures near average friday saturday, baby warmup sunday monday and back to below normal low 60s wednesday thursday, then temperatures along the coast. you're going to warm up slightly
