7:01 am
right now. current temperatures 50s and low 60s, 61 in oakland, 60 degrees in san jose on this saturday morning. here's the headlines for today, a cloudy start with some patchy fog, sunshine today for most of us, and near seasonal highs, but we do have some changes coming up in the seven- day forecast. we'll go over that in just a bit. a fatal shooting in east san jose has police looking for leads this morning. police responded to a report of a shooting in the area of tule road and capitol expressway last night. when they got there, they found a man who had been shot. he later died at the scene. it is still under investigation. a man who was killed identity has not yet been released. to sonoma, a man was killed and another in serious condition after a car slammed into a tree. that happened shortly before midnight on seventh street east near rover road just outside of the sonoma city limits. the victim's friends say the men were coming from a wedding

definitely had an audience. >> if i'm our nominee, how is hillary clinton going to lecture me living pay check to pay check? i was raised pay check to pay check.
