"early today" starts right now good morning, i'm frances rivera we begin with breaking news. the historic rematch of the 2020 election is set, with several more states reporting primary results. nbc newsprojects that presiden joe biden and former president donald trump have each won the magic number of delegates they need to secure their nominations. at the end of february, a new "new york times" poll showed president biden trailing among registered voters. but this was before the state of the union address. a cnn poll found most viewers had a positive reaction to the president's message. now let's turn to some heated moments on capitol hill. both republicans and democrats grilling special counsel robert hur over his report on president biden. here's gabe gutierrez. >> reporter: the firestorm over president biden's handling of classified documents is reigniting >> you exonerated -- >> i did not exonerate --

set to voteon a bill that coul effectively ban the popular app tiktok in the united states. house leaders expect the bill to pass with strong bipartisan support, even with some democrats raising free speech concerns but questions remain on whether the bill will get through the senate where there is seemingly a larger party line gap. >> i haven't come to a final decision as to whether or not it should be banned i'd rather see tiktok step forward and divest themselves of any chinese involvement. >> -- unconstitutional >> of course i do. >> sbliabsolutely i would suppot it i don't think it's a perfect bill, but it's better than nothing. >> the tiktok ceo is expected to meet with senators today and tomorrow a ship is on its way from cyprus to gaza carrying desperately needed food. it was dispatched by world central kitchen to deliver food and aid to disaster areas.

vaiat vacation in arizona when the massacre happened. the resignation will be effective april 6. a massive explosion outside of pittsburgh leveled a house and killed the two people living inside authorities in crescent township this morning named the victim as a mirarried couple. the officials have not yet determined a cause but say there was a private gas well and propane tanks on the property. the tragedy comes several months after a similar disaster killed six people in the same county. a federal audit uncovering several problems with 737 max jets at facilities owned by boeing and one of its key suppliers. sources say boeing has failed 33 of 89 faa audits a door plug blew out in early january. in an e-mail, boeing's chief of
