the female firefighter is tied to the runway death at sfo. she says she's a scapegoat. she says the fire department blames her for something that's bigger. a lawsuit over the blame of a teenage passenger. you spoke to the firefighters attorney about what they believe is unfair. >> the suit outlines allegationsing of discrimination and cover up. the firefighter that timed it is under on a gag order. her attorney says she wants the name clear. alyse duckett is a 24 year veteran. she filed a complaint against the city claiming retaliation and violation of her rights as a firefighters following the crash of asiana flight 214.

. we know more about the deadly midair crash of two planes over san pablo bay, the pilots of the cessna and korean warriora plane were taking

photos. the cessna pilot radioed he wanted to take one more photo. the other pilot replied probably not. the pilot passed the cessna and he felt and heard the thump and saw the cessna going down. the wreckage and the pilots body were retrieved from the bay. apple target store was robbed in a crash and grab. the daring crime and the clean up took many by surprise. >> down fourth street, around the police tape, foot traffic and reaction to an unusual smash and grab. >> fourth street is a high end place. a high end spot that got hit 2:52:00 a.m. this apple store was burglarized.

the tool was an old black pontiac. the car was driven into the store and was there when they arrived. the driver was gone and so was a lot of the merchandise. >> ipad, iphone, imac. >> according to an apple employer that's what was ripped off. an estimated $40,000 word of phones, tablets. and monitors were gone. throughout the day customers walked up to the store unaware of the crime. i made an appointment i don't want to do a walk in. >> they were turned away and detoured to other apple stores. >> i said could i make another appointment. >> she said for bay street or san francisco. >> the car was towed away. investigators are gathering footage. no one is in custody.

employees referred us to the company media line, we called but no one picked up. chris brown is in trouble with the law again and will serve more prison time. he appeared in los angeles court and admitted to a probation violation for a crime in washington, d.c., last year. the judge sentenced brown to 131 days in jail. he has been in custody since mid-march when he was pleading guilty the beating rihanna. starting today new subscribers to netflix will have to pay a dollar more. the old price of $8 a month will continue to may have 2016 for existing subscribers.

some teachers fear they could be fired for being gay, sex before marriage or using birth control. a clause in the proposed teacher contract would require teachers to act in conformity in their percentage lives. teachers could be fired if they violate church doctrines. we're not going to walk away quietly. this is wrong. the prevot ous -- previous contract did not mention a teacher's personal life. teachers as young as five could face charges in a bully ordinance. it could make it a crime to make a person 5 to 55-year-old -- 25-year-old to feel terror.
