woman faces felony charges after being kicked off a frontier airlines flight in miami. police say tuesday's incident started when the 24 year old got into an argument with another passenger. at some point, she was asked to get off the plane, which he refused. then she allegedly kicked, scratched and bit officers who tried to remove her. actress gwyneth paltrow is expected to take the stand today in the civil trial stemming from that skiing collision. we've been telling you about a retired optometrist claims paltrow was out of control when she crashed
