11:06 pm
of the worst things about this country is the monarchy. you're not a royalist, not a royal. you know that . know that. >> we maybe we can leave the monarchy bashing for another day. i mean, this is a this is a tragic, tragic case, jonathan. i mean, she's young mother, mean, she's a young mother, regardless anybody's regardless of whatever anybody's political . no, of political affiliations. no, of course, mean, it's really sad. course, i mean, it's really sad. >> hopefully it's it won't >> and hopefully it's it won't be a tragedy. hopefully she'll make that's make a full recovery. that's what everyone's hoping it's what everyone's hoping for. it's from alone. i'm from this quote alone. i'm getting every and getting stronger every day and we're be okay. we're going to be okay. hopefully will be absolutely hopefully she will be absolutely fine, this is very fine, obviously this is very sad. it does that the sad. it does show that the british public, with all their sleuthing on the online stuff, they right that something they were right that something was that was up. they were aware that something seemed something wasn't as it seemed from photos and the from all those photos and the kind of secrecy and stuff. but now, know, it's come out and now, you know, it's come out and it's news and we all it's very sad news and we all just everyone. why just want everyone. well, why can't just want everyone. well, why cant be? can't everyone just be? >> well, think you're pointing >> well, i think you're pointing it is that people thought it out is that people thought that something up and that something was up and something's so the people something's up. so the people who that something who thought that something was up not conspiracy up or not were not conspiracy theorists. were vile people theorists. they were vile people who guessing is the fact who were guessing is the fact that heard from her
11:07 pm
who were guessing is the fact th.three heard from her who were guessing is the fact th.three months. 1eard from her who were guessing is the fact th.three months. ofrd from her who were guessing is the fact th.three months. of course, her in three months. of course, you're going think that you're going to think that something's up, especially, you know, think about know, whatever you think about what? you want what? what's going you want to know? mean, did the did we know? i mean, did did the did we could discuss this. i guess we're not allowed to discuss it now. we'll discuss it later. did the royal family do the right thing the way handled thing in the way they handled what thing? thing in the way they handled whtthis ng? thing in the way they handled whtthis is.? thing in the way they handled whtthis is. this one these >> this is. this is one of these instances even instances where even though there the family, there are the royal family, they're figureheads they're the figureheads of britain. brand in many britain. they're a brand in many ways. also real people. ways. they're also real people. and this has got to be such a such an upsetting and private and shocking thing, i should imagine, you know , it'd be such imagine, you know, it'd be such appalling news to hear for you and your family. she probably just wanted privacy to deal with it. and on her own terms. >> this is going to upset like a great many people. and my great aunt, who's 90. it sounds like i'm doing a bit. she's like 94 or something. and she and she's a massive fan. she was like, jonathan, you update me on jonathan, can you update me on how is? and i have to tell how kate is? and i have to tell her she doesn't watch tv. oh, right. >> right. well and nobody knows. >> right. well and nobody knows. >> i mean, here's i find that
11:08 pm
i've been totally distressed about this because i didn't know. me, because know. i mean, even me, because she's mother and got she's a mother and i've got children and you worry about them and you worry what's going to happen to those poor kids? yeah. and as as a human being. but at the same time, the way , but at the same time, the way, the way people are discussing it is kind of in the 1920s is kind of like in the 1920s where can't the big where we can't mention the big c. what is the c. yeah, yeah. what is the matter? it's cancer. everybody's got i every single got cancer. i live every single day to prevent cancer because i know what causes cancer. and in the future, they're going to have a discussion of what the real causes of cancer is and how to actually stop it from growing. >> well, hopefully, moving on. they've got more cheery news in the guardian. jonathan. >> yeah, this is very, very tragic. very sad and really very. you know, angry making. it's absolutely disgusting. so dozens killed in attack on theatre in moscow, so yeah, absolutely tragic. so at least 40 people have been killed at a concert hall near moscow by gunmen armed with automatic weapons in russia's worst
11:09 pm
terrorist attack in 20 years. so this was this took place in a theatre . just people there for theatre. just people there for a night out. >> the last one was in a theatre as well. i believe. >> well, in russia was it? yeah. yeah, yeah. i mean, just very tragic just disgusting. and tragic and just disgusting. and apparently islamic state apparently the is islamic state have credit it. yeah. have taken credit for it. yeah. through telegram group , through their telegram group, which weird group to which must be a weird group to be like banter. and that be in like the banter. and that must horrible. but this is must be horrible. but this is genuinely disgusting. what genuinely just disgusting. what do this? do you do about this? >> like. well, you give them what wants, which a what the isis wants, which is a ceasefire palestine the ceasefire in palestine and the russians palestine. russians out of palestine. >> but russians, i mean, >> but the russians, i mean, this that you're doing a joke i >> -- >> are you making a funny little joke about this? >> it's massacre. was it attempted funny, a massacre joke? fact is, is why joke? well, the fact is, is why is isis at russia? because is isis mad at russia? because they're mad everybody . they're mad at everybody. >> who why is the islamic state mad at russia? has been mad at russia? russia has been bombing islamic state for bombing the islamic state for ten in syria. what about ten years in syria. what about chechnya? what dagestan? chechnya? what about dagestan? i mean, a piece mean, i know there's a piece with chechen. heard of any of those? peace chechnya now, those? peace with chechnya now, but through , kadyrov, the but only through, kadyrov, the strongman still but only through, kadyrov, the st lotgman still but only through, kadyrov, the st lot of an still but only through, kadyrov, the
11:10 pm
st lot of chechen still but only through, kadyrov, the st lot of chechen nationalists:ill a lot of chechen nationalists and islamists who don't want that peace at all. and see, see kadyrov as an absolute traitor to chechnya. so they they want to chechnya. so they they want to destroy. they want to destroy russia. >> this just a prelude to >> this is just a prelude to what's going to come into every single country that that hasn't that's to come. that's going to come. >> been in for >> it's been in britain for decades now. >> yes, but i'm saying there's going to something we haven't going to be something we haven't had as horrible as, as had anything as horrible as, as as killed and russia is as dozens killed and russia is having an exit. >> come on. we've had we've had horrific attacks like that in >> come on. we've had we've had horrcountry:ks like that in >> come on. we've had we've had horrcountry:ks well. :hat in this country as well. >> where they've killed. >> not where they've killed. well, right. yeah well, maybe you're right. yeah >> mean, how much was >> the, i mean, how much was manchester? manchester was 20, 20 something. not that 20 something. i mean, not that obviously you know, not a competition. we're competition. we're not, we're not not competition. not it's not a competition. we're scoring the severity we're not scoring the severity of attacks in that way. of terror attacks in that way. >> murderous also >> murderous ideology and also western intelligence services warned putin warned russia that something was being planned. >> they'd heard something because obviously western intelligence. what does western intelligence. what does western intelligence in russia is actually than russian actually better than russian intelligence in russia? so they warned he dismissed it as warned putin. he dismissed it as just, you know, propaganda, war
11:11 pm
mongering amongst the west. so he now looks like a complete idiot. they've made a statement yet? >> a pparently yet? >> apparently, no. >> apparently, no. >> what is he supposed to do? he's supposed to stop all gatherings, know, just gatherings, as you know, just because told him. because the americans told him. who the americans who knows, maybe the americans probably him that maybe probably warned him that maybe search maybe search people, maybe like stop people are walking through people who are walking through the ak 47. the streets with ak 47. >> mean, it's a country at >> i mean, it's a country at war. you'd think they'd already have it locked down. >> look israel a >> well, look at israel is a country at and they didn't country at war, and they didn't have locked down. is that is have it locked down. is that is that can you do about these that what can you do about these things? and you know what? it's america probably warned russia about stream going to about the nord stream going to be attacked. yeah. why did they. no. >> why would america give an advance warning. >> and so maybe america was involved in this thing. >> oh come on, i think that's i think that's pretty ludicrous. >> heard it here first. >> you heard it here first. everybody. >> right ? sorry. >> you all right? sorry. >> you all right? sorry. >> well, moving on to the >> okay, well, moving on to the telegraph. what have they got? the front cover. >> lewis. well, telegraph has britain not a safe for migrants because the rwanda threat rules
11:12 pm
ireland. the irish ireland. and this is the irish court they're saying and, court and they're saying and, this is the, the high court of ireland. they're saying that it's unlawful to send immigrants to the uk because the risk of deportation to rwanda previously , it was said that britain was a safe place. and now they're saying no, because of this rwanda situation, which is similar to what the which is what the european court of justice . yeah, yeah. was saying. justice. yeah, yeah. was saying. and so, so it's i don't think you should go to ireland. you fall in love with somebody there. >> so are you are you saying that migrants, if migrants come through the uk and travel on to ireland, ireland won't send them back to the uk because the uk is not a safe, safe place . could we. >> yeah. could we just give people a boats. >> and isn't this going to solve the problem? >> we don't need to send anybody to rwanda. we can send them to ireland. >> yeah, maybe that's a good idea because they'd be fleeing britain. that's actually brilliantly. yeah. >> the migrant crisis. >> ireland's. ireland's got a tiger economy. yeah. >> and it's considered a safe
11:13 pm
place. and you don't have to. it doesn't cost much money to doesn't cost as much money to send rwanda. the send them to rwanda. in the first all, is not first of all, this is not a migrant crisis. this is an immigrant crisis. nobody is. what's the big difference? because making because migrant they're making seem like people going seem like it's like people going in which every which way. no, they're coming here. no they're all coming here. no one's one's leaving to one's no one's leaving here to go somewhere they're go somewhere else. they're coming immigrate comes coming in. immigrate in, comes from which it's from him. which means in. it's in migration. in migration. so. >> so i'm getting a migration. >> so i'm getting a migration. >> just basically the use of the word migrant is a euphemism , word migrant is a euphemism, right. for, for everything's going to be all right. don't worry about. okay, people. >> well, i think we just solved the migration issue. thank us later, rishi. anyway, that's the front pages done. join us in part two as we dig into the papers with nike's dodgy england flag starmer under fire for flag and starmer under fire for working for islamic extremists.

at. is that he started at. is that is that he started a story called this company called truth social. yeah. got truth social. yeah. and it's got like followers something, like 12 followers or something, but $5 billion and but it's worth $5 billion and you somebody to actually you got somebody to actually kind in this kind of kind of buy it in this kind of leveraged whatever it's called. and which going to be and which means he's going to be worth billion. and it's not worth $3 billion. and it's not a real company, though, because the has no the company has really no assets, making assets, it isn't making any money, people willing to assets, it isn't making any monthe people willing to assets, it isn't making any monthe stockeople willing to assets, it isn't making any monthe stock ands willing to assets, it isn't making any monthe stock and that's'illing to assets, it isn't making any monthe stock and that's all1g to buy the stock and that's all that matters. well, yeah, jonathan, this like one of jonathan, this seems like one of these that gets these meme stocks that gets pumped then dumped pumped and then dumped because it's supporters are it's trump supporters who are pumping the value of this pumping up the value of this social media company, which obviously i obviously isn't worth the, i think, billion. obviously isn't worth the, i thirthe billion. obviously isn't worth the, i thirthe value n. obviously isn't worth the, i thirthe value is out now. >> the value is out now. >> the value is out now. >> but mike, gamestop stocks are worth moment, so worth nothing at the moment, so i'm those and buy i'm going to sell those and buy into this to the moon. we're going the moon everybody. going to the moon everybody. >> coin? >> which coin? >> which coin? >> yeah. >> yeah, yeah. >> yeah, yeah. >> and he won't be able to >> and also he won't be able to sell his shares for at least six months after the after the company becomes listed on the stock which time stock exchange, by which time the have probably the bubble will have probably popped the bubble will have probably popped this, this popped on this, on this, this pump dump . yeah. i mean pump and dump. so yeah. i mean good luck to him. he needs the money would help money right now. it would help him bond. but, but
11:25 pm
him pay off his bond. but, but yeah, doesn't look like it's yeah, it doesn't look like it's going to happen. moving on. we've telegraph now and we've got the telegraph now and labour announced law and labour have announced a law and order policy copying exactly what jonathan what the tories do. jonathan >> actually >> yeah. labour have actually promised policing promised a three tier policing system to overcome thank system to overcome the. thank you, yeah there was you, thank you. yeah there was a delayed laugh on that. i understand that well because everyone's complaining. there's a two tier police system and then labour want to do even then the labour want to do even better by a three tier better by having a three tier police think makes police system. i think it makes sense. the news, so sense. i don't read the news, so it'll have, men being it'll have, so white men being treated a certain way, muslim mobs being treated another way. >> what's the >> and then what's what's the third to be? third tier going to be? >> looking for maps, >> americans looking for maps, of course, minor attracted persons, know, persons, which are, you know, coming through the left, coming through on the left, yeah. a world we live in. yeah. what a world we live in. so let's get to the story, guys. keep up at home. labour matches tory to spend 4 billion tory pledge to spend 4 billion on prisons. labour has on new prisons. so labour has agreed spend the same amount agreed to spend the same amount as tories building new as the tories on building new prisons to tackle the overcrowding and prison population . so emily population system. so emily thornberry, the shadow attorney general, the claim that general, made the claim that prisoners or criminals who've
11:26 pm
been convicted should not escape prison because there aren't enough prisons to house them. what? obviously. yeah, obviously that's the case. i mean, i don't want to go down the crazy american route where they have want to go down the crazy amthese route where they have want to go down the crazy amthese for|te where they have want to go down the crazy amthese for profitere they have want to go down the crazy amthese for profit prisons, have all these for profit prisons, which are almost seem like indentured servants. i don't know, yeah, know, i don't read, but, yeah, it's wacky. just it's wacky, it's wacky. just legalise be less legalise drugs. there'll be less space or better solution. space needed or better solution. oh, you're going to say kill him. kill him. oh god. kill him. >> that's the problem. >> that's the problem. >> is that that can't be your solution for everything. >> kill kill inside >> kill, kill kill, kill inside everybody. but enough of them. you kill enough of them. everything's going to be okay. >> but are you the canadian government? god's sake, stop getting to they getting everyone to know they want to themselves. want them to kill themselves. >> like lazy. is want them to kill themselves. >> argument ke lazy. is want them to kill themselves. >> argument i'veazy. is want them to kill themselves. >> argument i've heard is want them to kill themselves. >> argument i've heard made not an argument i've heard made not by whose opinion i'd by somebody whose opinion i'd really trust. >> the western exceptionalist western came western exceptionalism came about because, would, about because, we would, basically kill 1 to 3% of our population every year because they'd be thieves or witches or whatever it was. so we'd pick we'd pick the people who were performing least in society, like , you know, like a like a
11:27 pm
like, you know, like a like a corporation going through and doing a, you know, a decimation, of headcount and strength in of its headcount and strength in society. so maybe there's something in what you're saying. according to you and another crazy person i met. >> well , there's i think there's >> well, there's i think there's a short story about how they have the. it's called the raffle , the lottery where they kill somebody so, that somebody every year. so, so that is. it's cool. the >> oh, it's cool. the astrazeneca, the joke. joke. that's a joke. ofcom don't at me. >> should i be proud that my son is way funnier? i don't even get it. >> you're a joke. >> you're a joke. >> you're a joke. >> you should make me look good for the last few years. >> all right? yeah. >> all right? yeah. >> moving on. we've got the telegraph now. and it's not just sadiq khan who worked for terrorists. it's. starmer now terrorists. it's. starmer is now having defend his choice of having to defend his choice of clients. yes. clients. lewis. yes. >> this is keir starmer >> well, this is keir starmer and this is he was head and this is when he was head of the criminal prosecution service. extra service. he made a couple extra bucks defending in, in bucks defending somebody in, in german . german court. >> i don't know, i don't think it was while he was head of the cps. i think it was prior to that. so he was he was a
11:28 pm
criminal, before the cps. >> yeah, i believe so, i believe so, i don't know, i had trouble understanding this, but anyway, he was a lawyer and he, he defended his, his battle terrier. >> that's the actual name. >> that's the actual name. >> tv's his buffer, his. >> your tv's his buffer, his. but hizbut tahrir. hits. but hizbut tahrir. tahrir hits. but hizbut tahrir. tahrir hits. but i don't see the name. >> aggressive. >> sounds aggressive. >> sounds aggressive. >> and which they describe >> yeah. and which they describe as organisation as an anti—semitic organisation that and that actively promotes and encourages terrorism. labour. >> aren't they so nice guys? >> aren't they so nice guys? >> yeah, i hate to say it, but, you know, aren't they? >> no . but this particular, >> oh, no. but this particular, this particular group, is like some love, some love jews. >> and then are there any out there that love jews that are fighting for jews saying, there that love jews that are fighting forjews saying, hey, fighting for jews saying, hey, we're not in favour of killing all the jews. >> i'm sure there are some islamist groups from the river to almost the to sea maybe from the river to just down the road. yeah but i'm sure i'm sure there are. let's speculate on, you know, the nature and the motives of all, all islamist groups. but this particular islamist group, you know, was , and still is an
11:29 pm
you know, was, and still is an advocate of jihad and all the rest of it banned in pakistan, aren't they? >> the whole group is actually it's sort of it's group a non—grata, whatever the phrase is. yeah. in like seven different countries. >> so i'm learning so much tonight. >> yeah, group on i think you didn't take latin like your dad did. >> no, no. and you took a latin actually not going there. so yeah. so basically the interesting thing here is, yes , interesting thing here is, yes, this group is obviously very, very problematic anti—western . very problematic anti—western. yeah. but the way the law works is everyone needs to be defended with the same rules. >> yeah. and also keir starmer in his defence, he's made the point that he, as head of the cps prosecutor, did a lot of very nasty people and a lot of terrorists as well. yeah, he's a bit in jimmy savile, but we bit slow in jimmy savile, but we won't him for that. won't criticise him for that. i think that's, that's been debunked, yeah, mean, but debunked, but yeah, i mean, but i with sadiq khan, sadiq i think with sadiq khan, sadiq khan a human rights lawyer, khan is a human rights lawyer, seemed carve out a very seemed to carve out a very particular just particular niche. just representing, islamist
11:30 pm
representing, hardcore islamist terrorist. i mean, i'm sure he represented other people as well, but i mean, that said, you know, like lawyers represent , if know, like lawyers represent, if you're a if you're a criminal lawyer, you represent all kinds of , all kinds lawyer, you represent all kinds of, all kinds of people. and i think he makes the point that it's like being a doctor. yeah. it's like when a patient's brought into the hospital, you don't check their morals before, you operating on them. you know, operating on them. you just so it's just operate on them. so it's the as same a lawyer. the same as same being a lawyer. so let's let's cut, cut, cut, cut some slack here, okay. and sadiq as well, anyway moving on. that's part two out of the way. but still to come, comedians push back against holmes's hate crime law. has hollywood crime law. and has hollywood made racist against robots? made us racist against robots? find a moment
