have a help wanted sign? new statistic that 86% of america's public schools are struggling to hire teachers. there is such a teacher shortage. i looked up, the primary reason it is hard to get teachers right now is the low pay. there is workload and think about it, restrictions on teachers now and how many times have we seen in the last year school board meetings get heated and parents yell that a teacher taught my kid this. and cops didn't like disrespect and teachers don't want to be that teacher who taught that. >> brian: in arizona, they are saying, if you have a degree in whiching, like in college, in education, we'll get you a couple courses and teach you to be teachers, jump in. they are doing another thing c called put 80 to 100 kids in a

class and have five teachers and rotate them through. your family members, four-day work weeks. >> ainsley: shortening work weeks, packing students in the room and hiring teachers that are not certified. these teachers work hard. i have one child, i know how difficult that is as a single mom to have a full-time job and be a full-time mom. my sister has more than 20 kids in her class everyday. hats off to our teachers who are making indelible difference in our kids lives, extra work they do when they go home, the low pay, having to get jobs in summer and holiday woeekends. my sister does dog sitting. she is more educated than anyone

was done. sammy's dad said i want him to never are forgotten, to put that little boy into words is impossible, people that got to know him are blessed to have known him. how could god take my kid from here, that was going through my head, god didn't take my kid, hate did. the school acknowledged staff having regular conversations with the family saying the death of samuel is tragic and it left our community in grief. our staff has worked with the teusc h family and contact between school was frequent, we are investigating claims related to bullying. sammy's family is hoping this tragedy will protect children during the school day and a candlelight vigil is held for
