video "new york post." they had two reporters down there yesterday. and at one point, at gate 36, by the highway, about 100 migrants rushed the border. they broke through razor wire. they knocked over guards. here she is, here is jenny, subscribing to sean hannity what happened yesterday. >> there were 300 male adults, mostly. and then there were another 300 women and children. the women and children were going to be taken for processing by border patrol. the texas national guard here on state orders was taking small groups of the single adults and pushing them back into mexico. well, they didn't like that. and eventually they realized what was happening. they realized that their feat wasn't going to be to get processed and released into the united states. they decided that rioting and basically encircling texas national guard who were totally outnumbered in a very violent
3:05 am
situation they were banging on the border wall. they were pushing against the texas national guard there were physical altercations and it couldn't be controlled by those authorities. >> brian: that was the chaos that broke loose right at the border. a bunch of g guys in hoodies got tired of waiting. they just stormed and overran the national guard. uflted maltly they would be stopped by a bigger fence. let's hope it didn't open up. but it was amazing. i did watch some of the other cable channels one of which did show this. but this is horrific news in el paso, a place that is committed with national guard, and texas guard of pushing back and they are working together and still they are being overrun. >> ainsley: it was a wild scene, mostly single adult plenty as you can see. one was arrested for assaulting a soldier. they say there could be more arrests that could be likely. >> brian: do you believe only one arrest? can you believe only one arrest? >> steve: so far.
3:06 am
>> brian: so far? what are you waiting for. >> ainsley: you said one network other than us covered. this cbs 3 seconds. look at others zero conch of this story. >> brian: i do have to correct the record i just watched it on cnn. >> lawrence: finally they decided to cover it. they accuse my state of being racist. they accuse my state of pouring gasoline. >> brian: yesterday. >> lawrence: on the fire. and do you see what is happening here? they charged our national guard. they charged the highest ranking police officers in our state is the state police. they charged him and as you can see, see, they put their hands up to act like they're nonviolent. but they are charging the cops and the national guard. something is going to happen at the border very soon. you can't charge cops. you can't charge the national guard. >> and one thing i will point to there has been an attempt by the administration to separate the border patrol from the state police as well as the national guard. so, jason owens, appointed by
3:07 am
the biden administration over the border patrol. this is what he had to say yesterday on cbs. whether he was asked about sb 4. he said i will tell you this. especially in texas. there's no better partner for the border patrol than the texas departdepartment of public safe. we have worked hand in hand with the agents for as long as i have been around and i don't see that stopping. so there you go. >> brian: he says you need tougher policies to deter the migrants. you just can't come to the border and say your life is being threatened and you are in payroll and can't go back. does anyone believe these people. these able-bodied people in the prime of their lives are being threatened? and the other thing is a lot of them are gangsters. look at their neck tattoos. they are showing you the gang they belong. in. >> ainsley: also said we need to put them in jail. remove them from our country and ban them from ever try to come back. >> steve: what they did was to give you logistics that raids zore wire concertina wire was put there by the texas national

guard and the department of public service. so the migrants raced through that. according to the "new york post." that group, you know, we just saw the video where they came up to the border wall and, of course, that stopped them. apparently the group was pushed back to mexico but some were arrested and the rest of the people, all those people in the melee were actually processed. bill melugin's texas sources say the group of single men one was arrested for assaulting a soldier, more arrests are likely, meanwhile governor abbott's office said these illegal migrants committed crimes in texas and the dps is under instruction to arrest every illegal migrant involving committing criminal trepsz and destruction of property. the problem is so what -- they did all of that right? going to let those people in who raced, you know, essentially knocked over and knocked past the state national guard? yeah. absolutely. all those people were processed. one guy was arrested and it sounds like somebody else who is being held is going to be arrested later today. >> because the biden administration is pro-catch and

release. just add some color to this. the razor wire is the state line. this is where the governor has put in place. they have full authority over that because that is texas property. the wall right there is when you get to the federal line. under the biden administration. these people just get released through catch and release. what the state of texas is doing right now. the moment that they hit the texas state line, they are saying you cannot come in. you cannot come in. we're pushing you back. every once in a while they will find some way to break the wire as you can see right now, this was a large group. so texas national guard they were just outnumbered right there. in any other case. they would have been able to force them back to mexico. >> ainsley: that wall prevents them from getting. in what were they thinking we will take down this fence but then there is that massive wall at the next hurdle and they couldn't get through. >> lawrence: this is what they were thinking ains lizly. the moment they get to the federal line they're on american soil and then the biden administration picks them up and
3:10 am
then it gets some fake court appearance which they have lost 200,000 of those court appearances and then they get into the country. >> ainsley: then they are told to go squat. >> steve: right? >> brian: it's true. 745 people got in el paso alone that is public record. other thing to keep in mind here. democrats are so horrified by this, i don't know how many sincerely but they know politically they are paying a horrific price, they actually had -- they are actually are putting forward legislation and looking at the app. that they're applying to. i did not know that app. was originally constructed if you bring stuff with you at the border to just log it. whether it's fruit, vegetables, or some type of memorabilia. now this mayorkas reconfigured and said no you can apply for admission here. we have to -- we have to revisit it. and there is pushback from congresswoman crocket who says law enforcement -- when ice was going to get involved in this now. she goes law enforcement has whipped migrants in the past. this is all about basically the
3:11 am
haitians coming in again. and she is basically claiming that the border patrol is racist. >> lawrence: that was debunked by the biden administration. it was a full investigation done. there was no whipping that was done. the person that they are talking about, that the border patrol were going after. stole a woman's purse, one of the haitian migrants because they steal from each other because there is a lot of criminals coming across the border. it was debunked. she should know better. she represents dallas and her predecessor would have never stood for some of the stuff that she is standing for. it's so unfortunate that you got a texas congresswoman that is going against the border patrol. we are literally the ones that are getting hit the hardest and she is saying that they whip haitian higs she knows it's not true. >> steve: all those people that rurentsd wall they were processed except one or two that were arrested. >> brian: so dumb. >> steve: ainsley, you mentioned squatters. a fox news alert. a manhunt is under way for two squatters suspected of murdering

a woman in her new york city apartment. stuffing her into a duffle bag and then they ran away to pennsylvania. >> ainsley: chanly parent is here with the insane story. you know, chanly, i guess they didn't have a door man, these individuals were living in her mom's vacant apartment. >> yeah. that's right. this is a tragic story, you guys. naudia via tell was 52 years old when her son found her body bludgeoned to death in a duffle bag after being missing for two days, the neighborhood as can you imagine is on edge. >> it's pretty scary, you know. this is pretty, you know, pretty normal neighborhood. quite a community vibe to the police have identified two suspects. also on the surveillance video
3:13 am
they say were squatting at that apartment. the two can be seen fleeing the scene in vitel's suv before crashing it in pennsylvania. those two murder suspects are still at large and the joint fugitive task force is asking anyone with information to call nypd's crime stoppers hotline, guys? >> steve: shanly, thank you very much. apparently this woman who was murdered living in spain. she came back to new york to prepare the apartment for new tenants. and apparently that's when she -- the elevator door opened and then there were the squatters. and they apparently murdered her. chanley talked about how they stole her lexus suv and with g.p.s. and whatnot, they know it went across the george washington, d.c. g washington bridge went into pennsylvania. that's where it crashed two
3:14 am
people went to a number of car dealers in pennsylvania and tried to buy another car for a thousand bucks. no one sold them a car they know of they could on foot. >> lawrence: easy way to solve the squatting problem give police more power to determine what is a lease and not a lease. i have covered a lot of these stories. you can tell that these leases that are they are presenting when they say it's their home are not actual leases. they're literally handwritten. but what happens is when a cop arrives to the scene they say listen, i'm not a judge, i can't go back and forth with you. i don't have the legal authority they turn it over to the municipality a judge to determine that takes months even get a day for the judge to litigate it. give the police more power and let them decide. >> ainsley: jake blumeen krantz is a republican, trying to pass bills so the squatters don't have the rights. >> steve: here in new york, if you stay in apartment or any house for 30 days, you are considered a tenant and is he going to change that law he is

3:19 am
interesting, brian, is that you would think that this monitoring would have been the entirety of the remedy. if the court was really concerned about whether trump would be honest in future dealings, they could have juxtaposed a monitor. instead he imposes this ridiculous amount of penalty on trump. he could have picked any figure because none of us could make sense out of this. he could have said a trillion dollars and he sits back and watches the defendant scramble to have to sell off properties in order to protect properties. and, you know, this is going to eventually have to go to some judge who is going to say enough. i mean, this really shocks the conscience. you should not have to sell off your property at fire sale prices in order just to get anyone to look at the judgment of this one judge. >> >> brian: do you have a sense -- people should understand it gets confusing is that this is the judge, says he owes $454 million
3:20 am
because he was not candid with banks and insurance companies. okay. fine. but he goes i don't trust that judgment. i want this appealed. said okay. but, in the meantime to appeal it, we're going to make you come up with $454 million in a bond. and the bond companies don't want to lend it because you need cash in order to get a bond. and he has stuff. he has real estate. real estate can't be just collateral unless it's liquid. all of this is impossible scenario. now it's up to a judge to say, agree with most people who are logical and say we got to knock this down to something and they are asking for 100 million. do you think he has ha shot of this -- to getting a majority of these five paneled judge to say that? >> i hope he does because what is happening to the new york legal system is truly alarming. this was one of the premier systems in the world for businesses. and now people are fleeing new york. they see what's happening here.
3:21 am
and, you know, this is a judge who could have resolved. they could have come up with an easy solution. this is a -- this is just because trump's portfolio being real estate. it's the nature of his business. those are fixed assets. trump tower isn't going to go anywhere. is he not going to abscond with it. they can take the $100 million that he has offered and then take other agreements that he won't sell or change his interest in these fixed assets. that -- anyone looking at that would say well, yeah. that seems fair. but that's not the profile of this case. this judge has done nothing to introduce any element of fairness through this. and so you're really between a rock and a hard place if you are donald trump. you've got a portfolio with real estate. and people don't take real estate in order to float a bond. >> brian: as mark cuban said when you are zero interest rate environment, very few people keep cash around. smart investors invest it in

things and he is not a fan of donald trump. so let's move on and talk about your column on foxnews.com. you look at what's happened in the case with hunter biden. you saw bobulinski's testimony. you saw dan goldman ridiculously try to engage him, get the answers he didn't want and try to move on. you saw aoc make incredible, outrageous accusations and bobulinski knocked that down, too. and you come to this conclusion. one of the lines that really stood out, as a lifelong democrat politically active chicago family, can i no longer recognize the party from my youth. we once stood for something other than the next election or hating others. can you expand on that? >> well, i don't know how we got to this point as the democratic party. you know, the -- this is a party that is now actively supporting censorship and blacklisting. it's a party that has supported ballot cleansing and court-packing. it's a party where you have got people like former senator mccass call calling witnesses putin lovers because they're

don't like on the right. and so, at the end of all of this, when you secure the election, that you are fighting so hard to win, what exactly will you be at that point? other than victorious? >> brian: very well said. even better here than you put it in your column. we'll see what happens. i know a lot of people are busy in the afternoon. if you can go back and look at some of this testimony probably replay on c-span you won't believe some of the interactions. no one covers bobulinski. jonathan, thank you very much. appreciate it. one democrat making outrageous claim as she blasts texas' attempt to arrest migrants. >> as you talk about the racial profiling, local law enforcement agents on horseback whipping haitians. >> brian: and, of course, we note whipping incident never happened. we showed you this shocking video national border patrola' video national border patrola' council brandon judgse says it's no surprise. we'll discusks.s it.
