prosecution, the unprofessional behavior. and there he was referencing the testimony of mr. wade and ms. willis. and that's, of course, is untruthfulness. you are not in a good position when your trial judge in the case just called you out for being dishonest with the courts. >> steve: never good. >> that shows his concerns. he tried to urge her to withdraw from the case totally and take the entire d.a.'s office out but gave her that sort of lifeline if she wouldn't we move herself to have mr. wade removed from the case and he did that. >> ainsley: senator i was reading this morning willis is subject of the ongoing investigation in the state senate we knew this and with house republicans. there is a new state commission with extensive powers over prosecutors like this who could also take action against her. what happens next when it comes to the senate, when it comes to the house republicans and this commission? >> the judge laid out that he was sort of handcuffed by the

lack of very specific georgia law to ro remove her. he called on the general assembly to enact any laws necessary to put the proper guardrails around prosecutorial misconduct. that's something that our committee will be looking into as we devil we devil d. o it will delve into the facts. if you change the through with ultimately not apply to this case? >> exactly. only in the future we would try to restore public confidence in the integrity of our judicial system by changing the laws to make it clear what conduct is permitted and not. the judge here said her conduct was the appearance of impropriety but not a direct conflict of interest.

listen. >> there is a chance that he could evade justice by delaying justice. this is a tried and true tactic of trump throughout his career. and i hope that the courts are aware of exactly what he is doing and his incentive in trying to prolong this. and i hope they won't go along with that strategy. in new york, i hope that they will look at the facts in terms of what caused the late release of this discovery. if it was driven by the trump defense team not requesting it earlier, they should not postpone the trial any further. >> steve: you know, a lot of these democrats have got to pick a lane. because, a while back it was like hey, look at this. the department of justice is finally doing this now it's like hey the department of justice waited too long. >> lawrence: the problem is their speed because of politics is what got them in trouble to begin with. take the case in georgia right now. if you look at some of the court filings, there are so many inaccuracies in there spelling

errors there. and then you have the case when it comes to alvin bragg that the federal prosecution failed to prosecute. they didn't even get the discovery yet and they decided to charge him anyway. normally prosecutors read the other -- when they decide, you know, to delay charges and not to charge someone. they read that stuff so they could critique their case and submit it to the court in a special way that's different. they just did it anyway. and now they don't know what's in the documents. >> ainsley: i think it was francey hake last week talked about the number ever documents they have to look through in the new york case only delaying it 30 days. just got this new evidence and she said it's thousand and and thousands and thousands of pages. they. >> ainsley: they could send trump to jail. he could end up behind bars. they need time to read. this. >> steve: that's why they would appeal we need more time we only got through 75,000. >> brian: on top of that, adam

26 in chicago. cold enough for snow by the way across portions of the midwest and the northeast. frost and freeze alerts through the southeast through tuesday morning when it's going to feel more like february and january parts of florida and georgia as this front continues to bring all that cold air southward. here is the forecast today not a whole lot in terms of big storm systems. potential for heavy rain along the gulf coast. frorld you could see some weather here and cold enough for snow for parts of the great lakes and the midwest. look at this, we could see upwards of over 2 feet of snow in the syracuse area and then the northern plains and the midwest, your next shot of snow is wednesday through friday. and it's not out of the question to see your last snow or around the last snow the end of march, the record is may 11th for chicago may 24th, minneapolis and kansas city the latest snow was in may 3rd. so, do you know what?

going to be able to take care of themselves. >> ainsley: your child gets the mmr shot at 9 months old. mom didn't vaccinate her kids. both look dollars like which measles. that was happening in chicago. what should they be doing? should they quarantine everybody at these shelters? what do you recommend? >> by the way, you made a really good point there one out of four kids that get measles end up in the hospital. people think of it as a childhood disease but it can get you really sick with pneumonia. that's the number one thing i worry about. they absolutely have to quarantine anyone ththat doesn't have a proven vaccine status. hasn't -- has been exposed to it like in the shelter. and may get for not being vaccinated. if you are vaccinated you are protected. >> ainsley: some of the things we worry about having open borders. not only all the crime but many of them are not vaccinated. they are coming and putting our citizens in danger. >> let's not blame this on texas
