these court cases and make that case. >> it's law fair weapon sizing the law for political purposes. you know, willis seems to be popping champagne corks and that's premature and this further delays the prosecution and may put it in jeopardy and may not survive professionally because a georgia senate investigation and a prosecutor's commission now armed with the judge's findings, a scathing rebuke of willis' behavior, i mean, he called her unprofessional. said she may have been untruthful and dishonest. my goodness, that is a breach of duty, it's grounds for removal from office. not just a case. she undermined the public's trust. but willis is also facing additional probes, misuse of public funds, other

improprieties. reportedly employees are lining up to testify against her. i'll make this prediction and she'll try to defuse all of this by announcing some time soon that another prosecutor in the office will try the case. well, that doesn't remove either her or the tainted partisan da that weaponnized the law to bring a politically-driven case to influence a presidential election. pete: her moment in the spotlight and seems to all be caving in with the case with it potentially and all the cases, gregg, it feels like across the board and they keep trying to bring up trump. thank you, gregg. >> my pleasure. rachel: i'll make my own prediction and i think she'll end up as like a judge on a tv show or something, like one of these courtroom shows. i really do. i think she's -- i think that's where she'll end up. pete: maybe. let's move onto massachusetts

where we've seen the fall out in georgia with laken riley and another case in georgia of an illegal exciting a heinous crime against a citizen. it was a haitian man here illegally charged with raping a 15-year-old girl in the state of massachusetts. this migrant suspect entered the u.s. through a biden parole program in june of 2023 that flew haitian people from haiti to the united states. well, the governor of montana, her name is maura heelly was asked about the assault and policies that massachusetts h the sanctuary policies that massachusetts has. here's what she -- take a close look to what she said. watch. >> it's a horrible schismuation. horrible allegation, and my thoughts are with the victim and her family. i think we have the right systems in place. unfortunately this is a terrible incident. you don't want to see anything like this happen.

this is also a individual that came in lawfully under the federal government through a federal program. it is unfortunate that from time to time things will happen. rachel: she wasn't just 15, pete, she was also disabled. the whole situation is repulsive. what we've allowed to happen and there's so many details i want to know. are illegal migrants being housed in hotels along with american citizens who don't know that these are illegal migrants and what's happening in the hotel? he's part of the parole program where he's flown in because the biden administration knows that the jam at the boarder and chaos there is politically bad so they're trying to evade the border and just fly them directly into our country, which means they're being processed and vetted in another country. so what's that process and who's doing that vet someting?

base is hispanic and that's reliable democrat voting block and not reliable anymore and they're all trending, not all and the trend is towards donald trump and if you can split the hispanic vote and democrats can't win for north carolina still leads republican and the real swing states are going to be michigan, wisconsin and pennsylvania and that's what it was in 2016 and 2020. will: minnesota is probably pretty reliable for joe biden and we'll see. we don't know and your state as sean points out and that's one we can see how michigan grows and what's your prediction on michigan in 2024? >> trump has strong support in michigan right now and i believe the auto workers are with him and once you have the autoworker withs him and democrats stepping out, saying that democrats have abandoned the black community there and trump will come in and see strong support with people saying we want those policies that he had in 2016 and we want

the broader narrative is getting inflation and prices are still accelerating on the month over month basis and run back up and year over year even though we save them down from the peak of when prices were jumped 9%, they're up 3.8, 3.9% year over year and consumers at home feel like prices aren't going down. will: it's sticky. like we've tried to -- inflation sin credibly historically hard to control. we've printed money and spent money and got this raging inflation. we were hoping this year that was going to get under control with projections by the federal reserve for like six different rate cuts but now what we're clearly seeing is they're not getting inflation under control and we're not going to have interest rate cuts. >> i agree. you talk about sticky inflation and once they raise the rent on your apartment, when was the last time they cut rent? they don't. last time they raised home insurance or autoinsurance rates for the year.
