president trump's attorneys wrote. while the state claims note prosecutor has ever been disqualified in georgia for forensic misconduct no prosecutor in georgia elected or otherwise have engaged in misconduct like willis and wade have here. elected district attorney constitutional officers notwithstanding the remedy must fit the conduct. so richard, and this racketeering case against president trump and others, dig his attorneys prove their claims against willis of financial gain or conflict of interest? >> let see what is presented here let's talk about it. there are two things the trump team has presented. first is the romantic relationship create a conflict of interest. according to georgia law and georgia case law even a romantic relationship does not directly affect the outcome of the defendant prosecution.

two prosecutors are having for that destiny is going to address suede the outcome of the defendants guilt or innocence. the romantic engagement was a conflict of interest. now very messy, extremely messy like the ending will put her self in this situation is another thing and perhaps the best they would be for a wade as a special prosecutor to recuse himself and then continue with the prosecution. even regardless of how it built personally without probably be the best thing for the second thing would be district attorney willis somehow financially benefited from appointing wade a special prosecutor but with the trump team has tried to show is that wade took willis on trips s not clear if those of financial benefit or not because willis

solution would be for the office to continue to prosecute regardless of personal feelings and wade step aside. >> what about her? would you suggest she stand the case? >> again it would be her office would stay on the case. we cannot show that her office as a personal stake with trump and the other defendant's conviction. there hasn't been any showing there. her office should continue to prosecute. otherwise if they don't continue to prosecute they will call delays in the case. we set this type of a precedence we recuse a whole office at the bad precedents to have go forward. that is why it's such a messy case with willis. she should never have had a romantic affair with the special prosecutor. it's at the very bad precedents for any prosecutor across this
