them other than trump. they are watching these returns longer nikki haley stays in the race the better for president biden. they look at the 854 republican delegates at stake, biden's team is going to be watching them again. meantime, there are seven states today that have uncommitted option on the democratic primary ballot. that includes alabama, colorado, iowa, massachusetts, minnesota, north carolina, and tennessee. and while to the biden folks, michigan is a cautionary tale, you will recall that biden lost about 100,000 votes last month over discontent among the arab and muslim communities who are angry with his handling of the israel-hamas war. last night joe biden only won that state by a total of 154,000. put that in perspective. the biden allies still believe that come november, the choice is going to be ultimately between biden and trump. and voters are going to reject trump over his role in

overturning roe v. wade, the biden campaign frequently points to trump taking credit for that supreme court decision. and also overhis efforts to overturn the 2020 election. >> the biden team wants the media covering trump's legal challenges, for instance, in the same way they covered the aftermath of january 6th. and biden frequently hits trump on being a loser, which has reportedly gotten under his skin. repeating this line again in a rare interview with the new yorker. it says, quote: trump lost 60 court cases, 60. the legal path just took him back to the truth that i won the election and he was a loser. the crowds erupted in chuckling applause. that's referring to a campaign event that biden repeated that line which he has on returned to these days. democrats have this data that they say allows him to ignore all the hand wringing over the president wants age and discontent among key constituencies in his base like we saw in michigan because they look at the 2020 election and they say there were folks who didn't vote for biden but they

some delegates. let's take a look at the rest of the map as we take a look at the closed contests. i mean, obviously, these are the areas like right in -- let me clear that again. this is the area right here and then right here that tend to be a little bit production. you have got orange county in central california. see where the conservatives come tout vote. huntington beach extremely conservative. tends to be trump land and over here you see the rest closed. let's move ahead and talk about the areas where we are just semi open so independents can take part in this. i find this state extremely intriguing, why? denver and other portions of colorado small towns overwhelmed by illegal immigrants. you have a governor there who suddenly has to pretend to be moderate losing fundamentals ever his support. per capita they have more illegal immigrants in denver than we even have here in new york. north carolina is interesting here, also, keep your eye on the governor's race. a republican there in robinson really feels as though and the

numbers indicate that he has a real shot at taking back control of that north carolina and for a republican to be successful in the presidential race, they need this state. obama had it. trump won it twice. the second time just barely in 2020. i already told you about maine. and lastly, here we go. this is the open contest. a lot of people are intrigued about virginia. they got a lot of liberals and a lot of moderates and extreme conservatives. if they want to take part of in race and have an impact and republicans want to say glenn youngkin was not a one off even though he is one termer by constitutional state law this is beginning to turn red especially how effective he has been. we know about texas and what it means. nikki haley was there over the last couple of days. minnesota for the democrats, a lot of intrigue there big uncommitted to joe biden on the democratic side. alabama, we are talking a lot about ivf over there. see if that plays a he will row. some people want to register and create havoc and give donald trump a message. we will see.

clinch the nominee. even if trump won everything today, he would not have enough. it would be 1127. so, if you read the "new york post" this morning, it says many analysts expect trump to cross the threshold this month and trump's team is predicting is he going to hit the milestone next week because next tuesday is georgia, hawaii, mississippi. then if he doesn't march 19th, he has another shot, arizona, florida, illinois, kansas, and ohio. >> lawrence: the question for the former president today is okay you just got a big legal victory yesterday at the supreme court. >> looks like the case with fanny is on the robes right now. a lot of scandal going on within that case. and it looks like you may be able to get close to the amount of delegates tonight. so how do you move the party forward? how do you focus on the country moving forward? those are a lot of the questions we're going to to be asking him this morning when he joins us as well as nikki haley. >> steve: that's right. here's the thing. which side is motivated right now? keep in mind, it's a primary.

>> steve: just over the weekend maureen dowd in the pages of the "new york times" suggested that joe biden goes before the convention and says hey, great convention, i'm not going to run. you guys decide who it is. so then you start doing the math and it's like okay, who would it be then would it be gavin newsom? would it be this, that, or the other? and then you think, okay, if they really want to win, michelle obama but she is not going to run. it was never serious. >> ainsley: the lady in the diner. >> steve: it was ted cruz thing. ted cruz suggested it. >> ainsley: you don't want a woman that's not the right woman. look at the contrast. >> brian: that's in life, too. >> ainsley: look at the stark contrast of nikki haley and kamala harris. two totally different individuals that could be president one day. and they are completely different. so, you don't-she is absolutely right. and you don't want a woman who doesn't want to be president running for president. >> brian: if a woman doesn't want to be married to you -- if a woman doesn't know she is

found guilty of murdering his wife lacy and their unborn son. the innocence project is examination new d.n.a. testing and argues peterson's state and constitutional rights were violated during his initial trial. d.c. police releasing this video asking the community for help to identify three shoplifting suspects. security footage shows the masked crew grabbing arms full of clothing from the racks. authorities say they got away with more than $36,000 in merchandise. that must have been son-in-law expensive coats there the 2024 measles outbreak has already surpassed last year's total. the cdc reporting 41 diagnosed cases in the u.s. in just the first two months of this year. 2023 ended with 58 cases. only three cases were reported this time last year. so far this year, 16 states have confirmed measles cases. and new overnight, spacex, crew

for you right now. we start with this. an faa audit is hitting boeing for multiple quality control issues involving the production of the 737 max. the six-week audit found noncompliance issues saying, quote: boeing must commit to real and profound improvement. that doesn't sound good. started after frightening 737 max 9 door blowout in the middle of alaska airlines flight in january. can you imagine? meanwhile the oregon state senate passing a bill yesterday that would end daylight savings time in the state but only if california and washington would follow suit. oregon is only the third state to pass such a bill. arizona and hawaii are the only other states that currently do not fall back or spring forward. so here's the timely question. with daylight savings coming up this weekend, should the practice be abolished? are you sick of it? email us friends@foxnews.com.

those are some of your headlines and brian has more. >> brian: the supreme court unanimously rules against colorado's effort to ban donald trump from the ballot saying, quote: responsibility for enforcing section 3 against federal office holders and candidates rest with congress. not with the states. now just hours after the ruling, democratic congressman jamie raskin at it again, announcing his effort to bar trump. >> i am working with a number of my colleagues, including debbie wasserman schultz and eric swalwell to revive legislation we had to set up a process by which we could determine that someone who committed insurrection is disqualified by section 3 of the 14th amendment. >> brian: do you believe this guy? here to discuss this is former federal prosecutor and judiciary committee brett tolman. they are not giving up. >> brian, it is asounding to me that they exerting so much effort to stop trump from being

limitations involved. you got a new york jury. the 20th is the classified documents. nobody thinks it's going to roll on the 20th. jack smith has asked for july and they -- the trump team came back with august. and then you got the january 6th interference case which we're trying to find out about the immunity claim. first off, on the new york case, how worried should trump be? >> you know, the new york case is the case that is agitating, i'm sure. and it's one though that factually very, very difficult to make the case. it's poorly articulated the. >> the evidence is suspect in this case. it's not the one that if you think you have the case that's going to take down trump, it's not the one they think it is. >> brian: all right. so then you have the immunity case third week in april. they will hear that case and then find out about it in june. do you think -- i don't think the president expects that to hold up. but the delay works on his

behalf. is there an argument for him to make? >> there is an argument for him to make. i have never seen this sort of lightning pace in any of these cases. it's obvious. any of those that have been in the courtroom on a complex criminal allegation case knows that it takes years. in the federal system years, you know, multiple years in order to pursue a white collar crime case. this, however, is they want to do it before the election. they don't want him, you know, on the ballot. and this is their effort to do it. >> brian: no doubt about it. real quick, what is too late to start a court case, knowing the election in november, unwritten rules don't effect an election? what's too late to start? >> you know, these cases should be set aside all together, brian. you don't have to be a trump fan to know that right now they are using the law to try to pull a candidate they are afraid of off the ballot.

carolina. otherwise, things are looking pretty good across the state. those are your weather headlines for now. tossing it in to you, ainsley. >> ainsley: thanks, adam. more than eight doctors are calling on the american academy of dermatology replace dei initiative with something more unifying. seems reasonable, flight critics took to social media sharing the names of those 80-plus doctors that were backing it and slamming their views. our next guest is speaking out against this doxxing and is calling for medical professionals to do better. dr. kathleen brown joins us now from montana. good morning to you, dr. brown. >> good morning. i'm happy to be with you. >> ainsley: thanks for coming on with us. i read your op-ed. you were one of the 80-plus doctors that signed this resolution and posted so that you could all talk about it at annual meeting coming up in few days what are you not happy about with the dei initiative. >> the dei initiative is already in place.

doing more harm than good. there are things that i think we all agree on. we agree that excellence in medicine should absolutely come first. i think we all agree having people with diverse background and diverse opinions is a good thing. it enriches everyone. what we disagree with is the dei programs and the dei ideology. >> ainsley: what are some of those programs? >> i'm sorry? i didn't hear you. >> ainsley: what are some of the programs you want to change? >> yeah. so, the programs are problematic in terms of their divisive. and dermatology is extremely competitive specialty. and so programs that divide people and basically have quotas that it's illegal for one. but, i don't think it's helpful. and it's causing a lot of rancor and gone public which is unfortunate. we should be able to politely

disagree and debate and there is also no place for anti-semitism, which is what brought this resolution forward. there were anti-semitic attacks on colleagues. >> ainsley: okay. yeah. i know you have to be the top of your class in order to match with a dermatology program. so, congratulations on that. so, you wrote this resolution. you posted it. they put names online. they put pictures of some of these dermatologists. what's your reaction to that? >> well, i didn't write the resolution. i signed the resolution. i think it was an internal document. now it's become public. we didn't put this there. but the people who signed the resolution are not going to do the things that were done to us in terms of, you know, don't see these doctors. they are racist. this is their practice. don't trust them. i think that's terrible for medical care and we can do better and we should have a respectful conversation, which is what i'm trying to do.

griff jenkins is at the eagle pass center with more. hey, griff. >> griff: lawrence, good morning, you have been here many times. let me show you quickly a live look here at a group that's just shown up 10 migrants from peru and colombia. we see it every day but they can't get through because of the razor wire. let me show you a larger group. texas have got this law the supreme court which has stated statestayed it until next week. it would make till legal to cross over into the u.s. be a class b misdemeanor. first time offender. second degree degree felony for second. return migrants who cross illegally back to mexico. but out in arizona, similar legislation that would do the same thing. vetoed by arizona democratic governor katie hobbs. now, let me just quickly show you though, as we have talked a lot about the judge moving out west. you are seeing in the blue states, california, arizona, new mexico, they are the lion's share. 70% in february of the 140,000

plus that crossed are there. texas' numbers are way down. and texas, as you know, lawrence, has five of nine of the entire border sectors but yet their numbers are way down because of the efforts of texas governor greg abbott with razor wire here and putting up impediments. we will see whether or not that law passed. by the way, as for california, no signs that governor gavin newsom is attempting anything like you've got in arizona or texas. lawrence, we will send it back to you. >> lawrence: of course not. because he supports the open border policy. thanks, griff. so right now super tuesday polls open across the country, including maine where trump remains on the ballot after the supreme court unanimously ruled in his favor and against the push to remove him. so, how would it impact voters and the turnout in this election? fox news contributor, former counselor to the president donald trump, kellyanne joins us now. so the supreme court did not just stand with the constitution. but they stood with the voter yesterday.

and a lot of people were concerned about the turnout today based on the reaction. it looks like this will actually help turnout. what do you think? >> they are aapplauding a decision by the supreme court some of our institutions now racked with trump derangement syndrome. weaponizing themselves against him. trying to stop him politically. damage him financially. that you had the supreme court 9-0. even the so-called liberal justices knowing that there is no way a state can remove president trump or anybody else for that matter for federal office from a ballot. let the voters decide. i think it's going to help turnout. there is no suspense today. it's going to be another dominant day for the former and future president donald trump. i think what is incredibly important to watch is how the left, including president biden himself, lawrence, consistently attack the united states supreme court every time they don't get their way and they don't get an opinion they like. they attack the institution. they attack individual justices. and would be assassins show up at those justices homes. it's time to turn down the temperature and respect the

opinions after the affirmative action decision last year. after the student loan case last year. after the dobbs decision. president biden came out and attacked the united states supreme court basically called them mega maga itself a phrase that is back firing. i think now looking at april and the immunity case, that has delayed the january 6th trial. they are going to judge, as president trump said yesterday, not just if he gets immunity but any president gets presidential immunity, full immunity for their actions while in office. >> lawrence: it begs the question number one issue for democrats, they say, based on their polling is democracy. but it looks like they are attacking all elements of democracy. >> well, they say democracy but it's really just code word for january 6th. they wake up every morning the calendar always says january 6th, 2021. the calendar never moves on because they have never moved on. now you see them talking about that. they also talk about -- they say women's health euphemism for

abortion, really. this is a couple things they are going to run on. everybody is polling. fox news, "new york times," senna, rioter. you name the poll says the same thing. trump is dominating the polls. i thought the most remarkable polling statistic in the last couple days came from fox news' poll and "new york times" siena poll. they asked basically has donald trump helped or hurt your family? has joe biden helped or hurt your family? the sitting president, joe biden has 18% of americans saying he has mostly hurt the family. that means there is tripartisan agreement. >> lawrence: so glad you went there. it is about what candidate is helping the american people who is not. it's one thing i have talked to the former president on is moving past the back and forth. this looks like there is a headline out of axios saying top advisers are trying with early success to steer the former president to focus more on the

border and the economy and less on old grievances and personal drama. i would never ask you to disclose personal conversations with the former president, but, what about that moving toward the issues because he wins on the issues. it's the back and forth stuff that people sometimes don't like. >> i certainly wouldn't be one of the advisers leaking to axios gave him the advice. i would just give it to him. he knows how i few. i say fewer insults, less insight. having said that, he has a right to defend himself. the republican primary opponents this time got pretty rancor russ and personal in their insults of president trump he has this effect on the people running against him. you saw hillary clinton's favorability ratings plummet. nikki haley's numbers going down. i think people saw ron desantis or maybe even chris christie as perhaps alternative, somebody who was going to be positive in unifying and they ended up being attacked. but i like the fact and i just want to say this in 2016, he won in michigan and wisconsin among the fifth who did not care for him or hillary, he beat her by
