squeezing private sector, high rates really are obstacle for private sector entrepreneurial activity. there it is restrictive, that is my fear fed policy feeding, government certainly increasing the deficit, because the cost of financing this massive problem of debt is having tremendous impact on budget going forward. maria: you just said a minute ago to, three rate cuts is not what the fed should be doing right now given the backdrop. why would the fed promise three rate cuts is he getting political a couple weeks ago joe biden or a couple days ago rather joe biden was at podium a rally he said i think the fed is going to cut rates i think lower rates are coming, is that pressuring the fed is fed getting political promising three rate cuts in election year? >> well it sure looks bad.

unless the fed is prepared to disavow inflation fighting model it makes no sense to be cutting when you have everything that caused them to implement that model going in a direction that says you maintain high rates, because you have the economic growth you have, tight labor markets robust consumer demand, the fiscal year spending is further fueling demand. the pressure is on prices. so the fed even to talk about cutting rates means going against all criteria it laid out for instituting restrictive rates they have to explain that, that is why i say if considers doing it wait until they have a chance to explain it, but not going to be easy. maria: i got to say if we see three rate cuts i've got to believe that is in response, to a real deteriorating macrostory do you agree? >> well, there is no reason to
