which is up 1/4%. as for the nasdaq that was hit hard and has come back strong, it is up 7, at 4400. gold has been moving slightly closer to 1250 retreating a little bit today down $7 and $12.44. i am interested in the price of oil and the price of gas. we are right now at $82 a barrel for oil down $0.50, below 82 and that is the number to look at. look at that, the national average for a gallon of regular gas. we are down another scent overnight, dropping one cent a day, we are now free 08 and i am paying $2.90 in new jersey. great state of new jersey, makes a great state. the ten year treasury yield 2.23%. good news all around, search revenue 6% year over year.

public demands. i think we get it. a travel ban, what say you? >> it is common sense that it would be better to take the precaution right now, decrease the likelihood of getting those cases and kept americans more safe. the fact of the matter is, the people who contracted it trying to provide medical treatment and also learning the administration wants to bring non u.s. citizen people who are infected with the disease into the u.s. for treatment given the issues of transportation and health care workers i don't think that is a good idea so i have written to the secretary of homeland security, n.j. johnson and the secretary of state, is it true you are planning to bring people who are not u.s. citizens into the country to receive medical treatment? stuart: nobody wants to see us let our guard down because we don't have any new cases in the past week so the guards should

same data we do. democrat constituencies that president obama was able to motivate, what we are seeing is democrats and hispanics are not turning out a level they were in 2012 in early voting and states are tracking it, nevada, colorado and several letters and that leads the president to a situation where he is worried about that, costs a lot of seats and looking at this policy change you are discussing could maybe change that. stuart: at the moment hispanics are not going to vote in the same number. how about african-americans and young people. they turned out heavily in 2012. how about this time around? >> one thing about young people and democrat constituents they tend to vote more in person when they do early voting where republicans vote more by mail. at those levels we do not see them turn out and nick that is

18 days, take these to the number, what we are seeing is they're not turning out the same levels as they did in 2010. much less 2012. each of those groups, democrats are lagging far behind where they were certainly in 2012 but right now even where they were in 2010. stuart: women fall near the same category not in such voting members? >> democratic women, certainly younger democratic women do. when we are tracking it is not happening. places like colorado, 13 points behind where they were even in 2010. north carolina and i love. right now you could go right down the middle of a road of these groups that made it their base the group that reelected president obama in 2012 also far behind where they were before it has got to be causing major concern particularly when president obama makes the comments he did yesterday that my policies are on the ballot. major panic when democratic consultant across the country.

>> they do. from their actual iphonedevice, law enforcement could get into the devices themselves so they are touting themselves on the security front and doing a lot of good proactive measures to defend against a lot of these and what is good about apple and to see from apple is there continuously making changes to fix security at a faster rate so that is what we see different from other companies that take a long time to fix problems, usually they get it to the markets and there's no major issue. stuart: i want to deal quickly with something we just raised. could you -- you are a good guy hacker. could you hack into somebody's pacemaker? >> we did an episode on fox and friends a year ago where we showed how easy it was to get into a lot of these medical devices. it is rare to build in security so you can have a device you putting your backpack that sends signals to pacemakers and cause short circuits and things like that. it is scary right now where the
