you enforce the concept of liberty. this brings people together. people will use their liberty in different manners. we did not have to fight over it as long as they assume responsibility. [applause] it also very simply suggest the fact that we have a right to our life and liberty, we should have a right to keep our fruits of labor as well. [applause] so we do not have to reinvent something, we can improve on our past. we agree past and constitution. we had a great middle-class. we've underlined it with

excessive spending and taxation, a monetary system that is logged in for a policy that is flawed. all we have to do is return to our roots, and in the short time we could have our peace and prosperity and our reliance on ourselves with our personal liberty. [applause] not only has this been a great day for the campaign for liberty in this process, but a great week for the campaign. believe me, it has been a great past four years. five or six years ago they did not know what was happening, but with the crisis that has hit, the realization of the significant -- significance of the federal reserve system and the flawed foreign-policy people know about it and are awakening to it. it is up to us to do something about it. the first thing i want to do, we are here in beautiful las vegas with the next primary caucus state will be in nevada where i think we will have a little bit of resolve to what we saw. and i first want to congratulate governor mitt romney. he ran a very smooth grace, and he is to be congratulated for his resounding victory in the state of florida. congratulations to mitt romney. let me just make a side comment. i just want to say to everyone on behalf of karen and oliver family, when we had to jump off the campaign trail to care for our daughter it was a very trying time. this has been a pretty tough campaign, and politics have gotten pretty nasty. on both sides of the aisle and

certainly across the aisle. i have to say on behalf of our family, we've seen outpouring of support from people on both sides towards me and karen and our daughter. i just want to say to everyone, thank you for the support and purse. bella had a tough couple of days but she is turning around and recovering and going to go home. and [applause] >> this is from the volunteers and staff here in nevada. it is a big at the giant, stepped elements. -- big giant, stuffed elephant. thank you very much for that. it is great to be back here on the campaign trail talking about the important issues of the day. if there is one message we got
6:07 am
from the campaign in florida is that republicans can do better. we can do better than the discussion and dialogue and the accusations that were going on in the state of florida. really this campaign went downhill. i went to florida and for dissipated and the debates. i thought we did a pretty good job in those debates. [applause] while we did not get into the thee of the negative thieness, american public does not want to see two or three candidates get into a mud wrestling match where everyone walks away dirty in not in a position to represent the party probably. we will have differences on issues, and we need to talk about those issues. what we saw in the past few weeks in florida is not something that will help win this election.
6:08 am
mitt romney, you of every right to go out and used opportunities you had and make all the money that you can and do it in a way that helps our economy and helps you and your family. i will not criticize you for doing that, because that is how capitalism works. [applause] let's put those issues behind us, and let's focus on the real issue, which is defeating barack obama. [applause] we're not going to do that by mudslinging, we will do it by talking about the issues. and we will talk about the home screen foreclosed on, jobs that are not available for the opportunity to start a business without the government bringing down their neck. that is what people want to hear about. they want to know how you contrast yourself with president obama when it comes to that. and tomorrow we are going to give a speech on that romney kerry and obama care. ma care.y care and obabm
