Did you transcode yourself prior to uploading? If yes then consider MediaCoder on sourceforge instead.

Subject: technical issues
well, this one has technical issues. Only the top left quarter plays the video.
All I can say is practice makes perfect. It takes alot of work to do these things. However, to make them good, and watchable, it needs to have a good plot, and storyline. Don't think that actually carries this tale.
